Sedona Wellness Retreat: Gym + Sauna + Steam + Tub

We’re from Salt Lake City and love spending our free time outdoors, hiking, beekeeping, exercising, and relaxing with a good spa day, massage, or sauna. We’re also passionate about rescuing senior dogs and giving them a comfortable, loving home for their later years.

One of our favorite things about hosting is creating an experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations. We know that when someone books our home, they could have chosen hundreds of other places. They’re trusting us with something incredibly valuable, their time away with the people they care about.

We take that seriously. We love thinking about the little details that can make a stay special, hearing our guests’ stories, and reading their reviews afterward. Knowing that someone made great memories at our home is genuinely one of the most rewarding parts of hosting for us.

We chose this neighborhood because it gives us the best of both sides of Sedona. We’re right in the heart of town, with incredible hiking, restaurants, shopping, and everything Sedona has to offer just minutes away, while the home itself is tucked into a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood.

We especially love the mornings and evenings here. It’s a wonderful neighborhood for a walk when the air is cool and the red rocks are glowing, and we get tons of hummingbirds around the property along with the other wildlife that makes Sedona so special.

It feels peaceful and removed when you’re at the house, but you never have to go far to hike, explore, shop, or grab dinner. And, perhaps most importantly, we’re close to Sedonuts, which we firmly believe makes the best donuts on the planet.

What really makes our home unique is that you don’t have to choose between a Sedona vacation and the routines that make you feel your best.

We created our own private wellness and fitness retreat, with a fully equipped home gym, sauna, steam showers, and hot tub all at the property. The gym is especially important to us. When we travel, we hate having to sacrifice a workout or hunt down a decent gym, so we wanted our guests to have a genuinely great place to train without ever leaving the house.

After a morning hike or workout, you can recover in the sauna or steam shower, soak in the hot tub, and then relax in the private backyard.

What we love most is that all of this is tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood right in the heart of Sedona. You can spend the day hiking and exploring the red rocks, come home for a workout and sauna, and end the evening under the stars in the hot tub.
