About this property

Our "1A Chalet" Klippitzeck is situated in the middle of a beautiful hiking/ski area. Wörthersee is in less than 1 hour reachable.

The chalet has an outdoor area with a magnificent view.
The beds have been upgraded with high quality mattresses and toppers.A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight.
Important to know: There are 2 bedrooms with 1 doubled in each room. There is one children room with ONE Childbed. Approx 180cm long. There is also one big couch in the living room, which can be prepared as a bed for 2 people. When you come with 5-6 adults, please think about it, if you are OK with that!

Please note: Sufficient towels/bed linen/linen, electricity for heating, as well as a large quantity of original Nespresso capsules are INCLUDED in the price!!!
Our quality mattresses, down bed linen and individual upholstery selection on site ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.
Of course, bed linen and towels are provided.

"1A Chalet" owns and operates all 1A Chalets. We expand every year with ingenious accommodation at the highest "individual" level.

Enjoy perfect skiing in a spacious skiing area during winter, wonderful hiking routes in spring, summer and autumn.
You don't need a car to ski. You walk a few minutes to the piste and can leave directly for the ticket office and then take the lift to enjoy the slopes. If there is enough snow, you can ski comfortably to the chalet at the end of the day.

Relax in front of the fireplace, enjoy the bathtub and wellness shower or unwind with the gorgeous view.
The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. The Nespresso machine is of course available and there are some capsules for free use on site.
Furthermore, a 50" UHD TV ensures relaxing TV on the couch with Netflix, Sky and everything that goes with it.
Other important notes

If you have several friends or relatives or a large family, you have the option of booking 3 chalets (including this one) right next to each other. The other two 1A chalets can also be found on Airbnb. Feel free to send a message for the link.

Hallo, Martin . Danke für das schöne Ferienhaus in den Bergen. Wir hatten schöne Ferien und Erholungstage. Es hat uns in deinem Haus an nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden. Die Aussicht im Garten war der Hammer. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Lg Thomas and friends.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Eck-Chalet

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Das Haus ist gemütlich, der Ausblick fantastisch. Mit Hund ebenfalls wunderbar, da wir trotz Wanderungen den Garten sehr genossen haben. Nur die schöne Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, da es auch so schon warm genug war - im Winter aber sicherlich ein Traum!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Es war alles sauber und auch bestens ausgestattet. Besonderes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Sauna zum Aufwärmen nachdem man den Tag draußen verbracht hat. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.
