The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bag all trash and put in purple trash can at road. Lid must shut, no trash outside of trash can. Load and start dishwasher. Place all used towels and rags in tub.
Make sure key is returned to lockbox after each use. Please randomize code keys after returning key.
Fish MAY NOT be disposed of at this property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Stealing isn't tolerated. If items are taken from the property, or damage to the property occurs, you will not get your deposit back.
Property sleeps 6. Max 6 guests allowed. We do not charge per guest or off of age range. We keep a base price...so please be honest when booking..ty.
