Accompanied by many details that give it a special charm you will feel particularly comfortable. Here there is a bedroom and is equipped with all necessary appliances of. In front of the house there is a large covered terrace for socializing and enjoying, while there is another terrace with dining table and barbecue.
On a large plot there is a swimming pool with sundeck and a covered jacuzzi. For some activities there is a net for badminton and rackets, while for the little ones there is also a trampoline.

Take one of the available bicycles to explore the center of Vodnjan and its surroundings. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, as well as the surrounding area is great for walking. Visit the church of St. Bla?a, small painted streets as well as local museums.
The first beaches are only a few minutes drive away, including Peroj and Fa?ana, where you can stroll along a beautiful promenade and watch one of the most beautiful sunsets.
