Welcome to this beautiful vacation home near Zadar.



From here you have an incredible view of the beautiful landscape. Have fun in one of the pools right in front of the house and let the sun shine on your skin. In one of the 6 sunbeds you can make yourself comfortable and laze around all day. In the evening, the barbecue on the terrace offers the opportunity to prepare delicious local products such as fish and vegetables and enjoy them while watching the sunset. In the air-conditioned, spacious living room, you can retreat in the midday heat and consume the fresh local fruit. A dining table in the living room and on the terrace provide enough space for the whole family.



You can easily reach the beach by car and the wonderful coastal town of Zadar is also not far away. Discover the picturesque old town and the harbor. From here you can easily reach the opposite islands, for example with a rented boat.

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier, es ist herrlich.

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier, es ist herrlich. Die ländliche Gegend ist superschön und man ist trotzdem in nur ca. 5-8 Autominuten an den schönsten Stränden. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht, es ist supersauber. Der Pool ist spitze und immer sauber. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, ein guter Freund.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder hierher.

We hebben 3 prachtige weken in het vakantiehuis gehad.

We hebben 3 prachtige weken in het vakantiehuis gehad.De huiseigenaar stond ons persoonlijk op te wachten samen met zijn vrouw ( niet moeilijk want hij woont in de garage onder het vakantiehuis jammer dat dit niet vermeld wordt bij de boeking). Hij is enorm gastvrij, er stond een bus fruitsap koud en er waren tapas voorzien bij aankomst. Hij communiceert via WhatsApp. Hij laat je voor de rest ook doen Hij heeft nog enkele malen super lekker gekookt voor ons!Het huis zelf is voorzien van basiscomfort. Voor ons waren de bedden van iets mindere kwaliteit. In de keuken misten we bijvoorbeeld wel een soepkommen omdat onze kinderen dagelijks Cornflakes eten.Er hangt 1 airco unit in de leefruimte die koelt de leefruimte voldoende maar de slaapkamers waren bijzonder warm dus misschien een tip dat er hier ook nog airco bij geplaatst moet worden.Het zwembad ( dat dagelijks onderhouden wordt door de eigenaar) was super! Enige minpuntje was de wespen! Er zitten enorm veel wespen die komen drinken in het zwembad maar onze kinderen hebben daar enorm veel bang van. Vermoedelijk komen zij doordat de tuin achter het zwembad vol fruit staat.Maar wij hebben een super vakantie achter de rug!
