About this property

Villa Roberta is a semi-detached villa surrounded by a large garden. The house consists of a large living room, a large kitchen with all appliances, two bathrooms, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed. If necessary, this room can be converted into a triple room.
The house is 150 m from the sea, and is situated in a private area of the village to which only residents have access through a gate. It is therefore ideal for families with small children or for those who like to enjoy their holidays in peace and quiet.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and a stereo system are available to guests.
The house has a large patio with barbecue, table, chairs and armchairs. There are two outdoor showers with hot water. Each room is equipped with fans. The entire garden is at guests' disposal with chairs and sun loungers.
Linen for the house, sun umbrella and chairs for the sea and a large number of toys for children are provided.
The house was completely renovated between the years 2017 and 2021.
Several fruit trees are present.
Villa Roberta is about 30 km from Cagliari and Elmas airport, and there are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within a radius of 3 km.
The Marongiu beach has a beach service with a bar and sunbed and umbrella rental.
It is easy to reach the beaches of Villasimius or Costa Rei in about 20 minutes. The host will be happy to give you any indication or advice that will make your holiday better.

Come a casa nostra

Dire tutto bene è poco. La casa è vicina al mare con giardino e veranda , senza attraversamenti di strade trafficate addirittura all’ interno di un villaggio in zona protetta da una stanga con telecomando, quindi ideale per i bambini che vanno e vengono dalla spiaggia anche da soli. Accoglienza cordiale e puntuale da parte del proprietario, persona squisita. All’inizio sembra una zona isolata ma poi si impara che nei dintorni ci sono negozi e ristoranti dove si mangia veramente bene. Spiaggia libera e spaziosa , mare cristallino ! Portatevi l’attrezzatura(sdraio,ombrelloni, ecc.) Ottima vacanza .
