Grwat holiday home

We had a great holiday. The home and especially the garden were amazing. We even had sand toys for the kids and a bike. The area is enclosed, so the kids can walk around on their own and the beach is only 3 min walk away. Maria Cristina was a great host, she gave us lots of useful tips and was super friendly.

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Located in a nice country club and very close to a small shop where you can find everything you need. Walking to the beach needs 4 minutes. Here you’ll find a bar and a restaurant. The rooms are nice and cosy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, in the kitchen you’ll find everything you need. Christina helped asap with every question we had and was very helpful. She even took care of our first water because we arrived pretty late. In total, if we ever come back to Sardinia we definitely will book this again.

Sejour en famille idéal

Très bel emplacement. Tres beau jardin et tout proche de la mer. Très pratique lorsque l'on a des enfants. L'endroit y est très paisible. Il y a une petite supérette juste a côté, cela dépanne. Les autres supermarchés sont un.peu loin. Maria Christina est une hôte parfaite.

Gérémeas en Mai

Géréméas n'est pas un vrai village. Ce que nous n'avions pas réellement compris mais un codominium à l'accés privé... L'avantage c'est que c'est trés calme, il y a peu de circulation de voiture et la plage, immense, est "à vous" bien que les gens de l'extérieur peuvent y avoir accés à chaque extrémité. L'ensemble est arboré, fleuri, ça sent les fleurs d'orangers et le jasmin partout. La maison est un peu "dans son jus année 60" pour les douches et les prises électriques mais pratique, fonctionnelle bien équipée en cuisine. On vit dehors et le grand jardin sans vis à vis et son bbq sont super. Il y a même une douche en exterieur quand on revient de la plage. La saison touristique débutant en juin, le minimarket et le restorant/bar du lieu sont fermés. Ce n'est pas un problème, On peut faire ses courses (que le matin) dans un autre minimarket à 15 minutes en voiture. mais il faut le savoir. Maria Cristina était accueillante, à répondu à toutes nos questions sans délais. Nous étions 4 adultes et avons passé un excellent séjour.

Es war sehr schön:)

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Strandlage (150Meter). Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen Garten. Die Vermieterin Maris Christina ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Un magnifico soggiorno a due passi dal mare

Il soggiorno bella casa di Maria Cristina è stato molto gradevole. L’host è stata gentile, disponibile e accogliente. La casa gode di un’ottima posizione, a 20 metri dal market, (è abbastanza fornito e il proprietario, gentilissimo, cerca di accontentare i clienti in ogni modo), a 50 m dalla pizzeria-ristorante, a 100 m dall’ingresso del villaggio e a 150 m circa dalla bellissima spiaggia, sia libera che attrezzata (a scelta), particolarmente ben esposta quando il vento proviene dai quadranti orientali, specie da NE. La casa gode di un bellissimo giardino, comodissima doccia calda anche all’esterno, ampio spazio esterno coperto per mangiare, raffrescato da ventola, nonché aria condizionata nelle stanze da letto e parcheggio privato. Il villaggio (Geremeas Country club) è molto gradevole, riposante è fiorito, gode di una posizione ideale a metà strada tra la città e le più distanti spiagge di Villasimius e Costa Rei e dispone di campi sportivi (basket, calcetto, tennis, bocce) nonché di giochi per bambini. Essendo chiuso, i bimbi possono girare in bicicletta in sicurezza. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Davvero consigliato.

Schöner Urlaub in schöner Unterkunft

Wir waren Ende September mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort. Das Haus ist in einer Ferienanlage nur 3 Minuten vom sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Vor allem die überdachte Terrasse und der Garten sind einfach perfekt. Wir sind eigentlich nur draußen gesessen. Ende September haben zwar das Restaurant und der Markt auf dem Gelände schon geschlossen, aber in Torre delle Stelle findet man alles, was man braucht (unbedingt Auto mieten). Maria ist eine sehr nette, zuverlässige und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und ganz bequem über WhatsApp bzw Email. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in toller Location. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll , alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nah am Strand . Die Betten waren gut und die Küchenausstattung reichlich.Der Strand war schnell zu erreichen. Der Garten mit Grill und Aussendusche und herrlicher Terrasse. Ein gelungener Urlaub.. Nachteil in. diesem Jahr Mücken nicht im Haus da überall Insekktengitter an den Fenstern und ab Mitte September Restaurant und Supermarkt geschlossen.

Un vero paradiso

Abbiamo passato 3 settimane in questa casa che è veramente comoda per tutti i servizi . Il mare stupendo con spiaggia di sabbia è a 3 minuti di passeggiata dalla casa, il market è di fianco alla casa , il ristorante dista 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Inoltre la proprietà ha un giardino stupendo e ben ventilato , doccia esterna ben funzionante ed estremamente comoda. La casa è spaziosa e silenziosa, ben arredata non manca veramente nulla! La proprietaria, Maria Cristina è gentilissima, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Consiglio a tutti senza riserve questa soluzione abitativa .

Nous avons été très bien reçu par la propriétaire Maria . La maison correspond tout à fait à son annonce , c est un endroit paisible , à proximité d une superbe plage. Je recommande sincèrement cet endroit, nous avons passés 12 jours inoubliables Merci mille fois Maria

Niedliches Haus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Der ca. 150 m entfernte Strand ist perfekt, das Wasser traumhaft. Maria ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die auf unsere Wünsche (Ventilator und Wasserkocher) schnell reagiert hat. Man sollte wissen, dass sich die Klimaanlage nur im oberen Stockwerk befindet. Ansonsten ein Ort zum Entspannen!

Schönes Haus mit Garten, nur 3 Gehminuten vom wunderbaren Sandstrand entfernt.

Wir waren als Familie zu viert im Oktober eine Woche in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von einem wunderschönen Traumstrand entfernt.

Ottima localizzazione e casa molto comoda

Casa a due passi dal mare, immersa nel verde e vicina ai servizi, (market., ristorante..). Proprietaria della casa molte gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo gradita la tranquillità. Il mare è quello di Geremeas..spiaggia libera e attrezzata, colori bellissimi.

tastefully furnished home in country club with onsite supermarket, restaurant and very close beach

Very warm welcome by Cristina who was always available almost instantly on what's app!!!! The house and garden are spacious, very comfortable and quiet - we slept really well! Also appreciated the children beach toys and beach umbrella a lot. House is situated in a gated country club mainly used for weekends and holidays by families from cagliari, which gives it a particular Italian flair. Small but well equipped, family run Supermarket is literally 1 minute walk from the house; restaurant serves very tasty meals with a great choice of seafood and a three page long separate pizza menu :) The beach is 5min walk away. The water gets deep quite quickly though (2m), so we drove to other more shallow bays which are better for small kids by car (Porto sa ruxi, punta molentis, Porto giunco - 20-40min), enjoying the coastal views of one turquoise bay after another ... For some Italian city flair Cagliari is 45min drive away; villages/settlements nearby are rather "functional". All in all we had a wonderful two week holiday!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles entspannt und erholsam. Das Haus ist klasse, der Strand nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und wunderschön. Die Umgebung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen oder anderweitige Aktivitäten. Maria ist ein super Gastgeber/Vermieterin - so herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Ganz große Klasse

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Der Strand ca, 150 m entfernt ist auch wunderschön und das Wetter und Wasser war jetzt im Oktober angenehm. Wir werden dort sehr gern noch einmal Urlaub machen.
