Comfortable cottage 20 meters from the beautiful golden beach of Kal'e moru. It is located in a guarded village with tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, playground, bar, market, diving center, all surrounded by greenery just a few steps from the sea, ideal for enjoying the holiday with the whole family, very suitable for small children.
The house is surrounded by a garden with a green lawn, the patio is equipped with a wicker lounge and a table with six chairs. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. . Air conditioning in all bedrooms. In the back of the garden there is a barbecue and a comfortable outdoor shower with hot water. Washing machine and washing tub. Umbrella and games are available to guests. Private parking space.
In 2019, construction works are underway inside the village.
