a villa enjoys a breathtaking view over the gulf of Cagliari,
Large and independent it is immersed in a real oasis of serenity, of 4000 square meters.
The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Maracalagonis and overlooks a small hill,
it is arranged on two levels, convenient for hosting two families;
on the ground floor we find;

A spacious, beautiful house with a lovely view and super swimming pool

We stayed here in August 2018 with three kids aged 6, 12 and 17. We really enjoyed it. This lovely house is secluded in the mountains yet only 15-20 minutes’ drive away from the beautiful beaches and only 10 minutes’ journey to the water park Diverland. Stefano is a great host! We hope to come back at some point in the future

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Garten und Pool. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Der Empfang war trotz unser sehr späten Ankunft sehr herzlich. Stefano war äußerst hilfsbereit, es wurde reichlich Wasser (Trinkwasser nicht aus der Leitung) zur Verfügung gestellt, es gab Wein und eine sehr leckere Kuchenauswahl als Willkommen. Kommunikation lief mit Hilfe des Google Übersetzers. Trotz der etwas altmodischen Einrichtung war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko war teilweise die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Es wäre ebenfalls vllt. für Hundebesitzer informativ, dass es sehr viele Katzen gibt, die teilweise auch ins Haus kommen. Zusammenfassend war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung/Natur.

Cette maison et ses aménagements extérieurs possèdent un charme incroyable, dès la montée du chemin le dépaysement s'opère. La vue est magnifique. La piscine est très grande et profonde, nous y avons passés d'excellent moment. La maison est grande, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, la réalité est même meilleur que les photos du site. L'accueil a été parfait de même que les échanges avec Stefano et son fils.

Un incubo.Abbiamo passato i primi due giorni a pulire la casa, sporco ovunque, tv che non funzionano, lavatrice rotta sostituita il secondo giorno, piatti e posate ed utensili vari che non vedevano un detersivo da mesi, se non di piu.Ho dovuto mettere le batterie ai telecomandi.Piscina piena di melma in pessimo stato di manutanzione; solo discutendo con il proprietario siamo riusciti almeno a provare a rimuovere il grosso, ma il sistema di depurazione non funzionante non ci ha permesso di utilizzare la piscina neanche per un giorno.Abbiamodovuto lavare lenzuola ed asciugamani , senza togliere i vestiti dalle valigie perche gli armadi maleodoravano.La residenza ha sicuramente del potenziale, se manutenzionata e pulita.Una vergogna assoluta nel 2025.A litigare tutti i giorni con titolare e figlio e far notare anche tutte le anomalie anche strutturali, lavandini divelti, doccia con tubo rotto.E non ne hanno voluto sapere di restituire parte dell'importo come rimborso per i disagi.Vacanza rovinata.Assolutamente da sconsigliare.Inoltre abbiamo scoperto che con molto meno si trovano alloggi anche in riva al mare.Ci siamo lasciati ingolosire dalle foto, per poi trovare una location Assolutamente in stato di abbandono.Vergognoso, ho dovuto chiamare l'avvocato per chiedere il rimborso dei disagi ricevuti.Hanno accampato scuse ridicole.Assolutamente da sconsigliare.

Maison parfaite pour un séjour dans le Sud

Grande maison avec un grand et merveilleux jardin rempli de magnifiques plantes. Que ça soit la terrasse, le jardin ou la piscine, on a une belle vue sur le golf de Cagliari. Les 3 chambres du haut sont climatisées ce qui est un plus avec ses fortes chaleurs. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très gentils. Il y avait la barrière de la langue, mais avec Google translate, on se débrouille! Ils sont été très réactifs. Je conseille cette maison si vous séjournez dans le sud. Idéal pour visiter et se reposer. Le chemin d’accès est un peu compliqué avec notre grosse voiture, mais pas problème nous l’avons laissé en bas de la propriété. On y retournera sans hésiter!

Huge villa wonderful view

Amazing special huge villa. Very authentic atmosphere, a bit old fashioned, but everything you need is there! It is owned by an Italian family, supersweet, who live nearby. The bedrooms are airconditioned, which is nice, and was necessary during our stay. Swimming pool, nice to cool off. But sea is also not far and an outdoor swimming pool paradise with giant slides. Superplace to check out the city and surroundings!

Villa Fantastica!

Bellissima e immensa villa immersa nel verde con tanto di piscina dove passare gran parte della giornata a rilassarti e farti qualche tuffo. Villa alla quale non manca nulla avendo spazi per ogni esigenza, dai tavoli per poter mangiare sia all'aperto che al chiuso alle diverse zone relax o cottura, come il barbecue! Diverse camere da letto provviste di tutto per ospitare intere famiglie con comodità e servizi a dispozione di tutti! Inoltre si trova a due minuti dal paese nel quale troverai diversi supermercati e tutti i servizi necessari! Ed infine accoglienza ottima e proprietario sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza!

wie erwartet - schön

Herzlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, mit kleinen Präsenten im Haus - leider Sprachbarriere, nicht mal englisch. Sein Sohn half dann später in der Kommunikation. Tolle Lage mit super Ausblick, liebevoll gestalteter Garten, klasse Pool, Bade- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Minuten mit PKW zu erreichen. Also rundum zu empfehlen, allerdings mit kleineren Abstrichen - Sauberkeit im Haus war nicht sonderlich gegeben bei Ankunft, die Zufahrt ist dermaßen eng, steil und kurvig, dass wir mit unserem gemietetem SUV nicht hoch fahren konnten - blöd mit Koffern und Einkäufen, kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden - bei 10 Schlafplätzen ein NO-GO. Am schlimmsten aber waren für uns alle (7) die alten Matratzen - Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert!

Geräumiges Feriendomizil mit toller Aussicht

Von der Terasse aus überblickt der Gast bei klarem Wetter die gesamte Bucht von Cagliari. Zum nächst gelegenen Strand in Quartu San Elena sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort in verschiedenen Geschäften oder im Supermarkt in Sinnai 5 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus bietet eine gute Basis für Ausflüge. Cagliari ca 25 Autominuten, Pula 40, Villasimius mit seinen tollen Stränden ist 35 Autominuten entfernt. Restaurants gibt es im Ort, die meisten machen allerdings erst abends auf. Die in Cagliari sind meist ganztags geöffnet. Die Küche des Hauses ist nicht im Modernsten eingerichtet, es gibt allerdings genug Geschirr und Besteck. Das Wasser aus der Leitung ist kein Trinkwasser, Der Hauseigentümer stellt jedoch mehr als genug Trinkwasser zur Verfügung.

Nous avons passés 15 jours merveilleux! Une belle maison typique Sarde ! Calme et pas très loin de Cagliari et de très jolies plages. Panoramara et jardin à Couper le souffle ! A stunning villa in the hills to chill out with friends with a pool as a bonus

We stayed in this wonderful villa for a week but we wished it could have been longer. A spacious, rural and very well equipped home with plenty enough room for 3 couples, but could entertain a lot more. The outdoor area was ideal for relaxing, eating and chilling with its huge table with views looking over to Cagliari and beyond. The pool area was so welcoming for cooling down in the high temperatures and then being able to relax on the sun loungers reading a good book. Overall a very good recommend and good value for money. The only negative was that the owner only speaks Italian so conversing was a little tricky. Thank goodness for google translator!!

Schönes Domizil mit phantastischem Pool

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit Freunden auf Sardinien. Stefano begrüsste uns herzlich und erklärte uns langsam alles auf italienisch, was aber einigermassen verständlich war. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und das Anwesen riesig. Das schönste war der Pool. Die Küchenutensilien sind nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand und ab und zu fehlt etwas, aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Leider hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage nicht das beste Wetter und das Anwesen lebt davon, dass man draussen, auf der Terrasse und am Pool ist. Im Grosse und Ganzen hat es uns aber gut gefallen.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la propriété de Stefano qui a été très serviable et accueillant. La maison est spacieuse et conforme aux photos. Le jardin très grand, la piscine aussi et la vue à couper le souffle ! Stefano et sa femme nous ont préparé des spécialités sardes délicieuses. La région est très belle entre mer et montagne, elle est restée très sauvage et peu abîmée par des constructions. Merci pour tout !
