About this property

Villa a few meters from the sea for relaxing holidays

Independent villa, consisting of 3 bedrooms + a small room, for a total of 6/7 beds, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 with tub and 1 with shower), large lounge, garden, 2 terraces, barbecue, washing machine, TV , outdoor shower.

The villa is located in a convenient position a few meters from the beautiful Solanas beach, reachable on foot in a few minutes. The villa is surrounded by a green garden, flowers and trees and is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends.

The house is on 2 levels. On the ground floor there are the lounge, a terrace, the kitchen, 1 bathroom (with shower) and two bedrooms, while on the upper floor there is a large bedroom, a bathroom (with tub), a small terrace and a small room.

The three bedrooms can be double or twin, you will be the one to communicate your preferences when booking.

All rooms are simply furnished, with bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

Bed linen and towels are available on request.

The outdoor spaces (terraces and garden) are equipped with table / coffee table, chairs and deck chairs to be able to enjoy the outdoor space in relaxation and in convivial moments.

Some information also on Solanas: it is located 36 km from Cagliari and only 10 km from Villasimius.

In Solanas there are several dining options, small supermarkets, kiosks, a pharmacy, a newsagent and other services.

At the entrance to the village there is an Environmental Education Center which often organizes activities for children too.

Furthermore, every Tuesday morning, an open-air market takes place near the pharmacy and it is a good opportunity to buy vegetables or other typical products such as cold cuts and cheeses directly from the producers.

During the summer there are several events that are organized in Solanas aimed at both adults and children.

If you want to move freely we have the opportunity to make you book your car / motorbike and scooter with a Rent a car / scooter / motorbike to which we often turn and which offers truly advantageous rates. A credit card is not required for booking but a prepaid card is also accepted.

Bike rental is also possible.

Great host and location

Lovely stay with Andrea. The house is per the photos and is easily walkable to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants around. Easy drive to some spectacular beaches. Would recommend staying here

Une maison un peu vieillotte et biscornue mais avec tout le nécessaire pour un excellent séjour ! Belle vue sur mer de l’étage et agréable terrasse ombragée pour les repas. Le must: pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour accéder à la magnifique plage de Solanas et ses eaux transparentes.

Andrea Gentilissimo padrone di casa, Ci ha accolto con mezza giornata di anticipo sulla consegna standard e ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti tipici + freschi ed il frigorifero pieno di acqua vino e birra. Che dire!. Super. La casa e a 300m dalla spiaggia, Molto comoda per una famiglia. C’è anche un barbecue per ottime grigliate. La posizione è ottima per visitare le spiagge fra Cagliari e villa simius. La spiaggia di Solanas è molto bella il paese ha i servizi essenziali. Consigliata a chi vuole passare una vacanza esplorando le spiagge fantastiche della Sardegna in un posto tranquillo

Très bon séjour chez Andrea !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la propriété d’Andrea, qui disposait de tout ce qu’il nous fallait et située à 5 min à pieds de la plage ! Andrea a toujours répondu à nos demandes avec beaucoup de réactivité. Merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions (notamment l’eau fraîche dans le frigo à notre arrivée). Nous recommandons largement la propriété d’Andrea !

Ottima accoglienza in Sardegna

Abbiamo passato 12 giorni bellissimi , Il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo, ci ha accolto nella sua casa omaggiandoci di ottimi prodotti sardi. La casa è grande e ben fornita ha 2 piani, al secondo si accedere tramite una scala a chiocciola, pulita ed in ordine, posizione ottimale per andare in spiaggia a piedi. Era completa di tutto, la cosa positiva di aver trovato l'indispensabile come sale, olio, zucchero e prodotti per l'igiene e pulizia della casa, apprezzo moltissimo la presenza di questi dettagli che spesso fanno la differenza . L'aria condizionata è posizionata solo al 2° piano ed avendo davvero fatto caldissimo (caldo anomalo ) anche di notte , le camere al 1° piano ne hanno risentito, avendo però dei ventilatori siamo stati ok, nei giorni di presenza di vento invece si stava benissimo. Consiglio per una vacanza super relax . Solanas come paese non ha nulla, ma a pochi km si arriva a Villasimius dove è possibile trovare tutto il necessario.

Ottimo soggiorno. Ubicazione perfetta.

Villetta spaziosa e vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di Solanas (cinque minuti a piedi). Pulizia impeccabile. Fornita di tutto ciò che occorre per grandi tavolate. Accoglienza strepitosa con frigo pieno (bibite birra e bottiglia di vino) e un grande cesto di prodotti locali. Andrea è un ospite simpaticissimo e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima e raccomandiamo la villetta al cento per cento.
