What a charming and special place!

We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax and come down from daily life. Highly recommended!

Sehr netter Vermieter, gute Lage für Ausflüge in den Süden

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Danke an Vittorio für die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Abwicklung. Aufgrund der Flugzeiten kamen wir erst um 1:00Uhr Nachts an der Wohnung an. Das war für Vittoria aber kein Problem! Auch ein Late-Check-Out war nach Rücksprache möglich. Sehr schöne Landestypische Wohnung, uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt! Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Stylisches Objekt was leider in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Eine tolle Bauweise des Hauses aber leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und nix wird gerichtet. Innenausstattung der Küche leider nur das nötigste und auch verschmutzt. In der käsereibe alter Käse , leichter Schimmel in den Schränken . Kleiderschrank kaputt und alt . Spannleintuch zu klein was am Morgen immer sonst wo lag. Super an allen Fenster fliegengitter .

Una settimana di totale relax

Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso appartamento per una settimana con lo scopo di rilassarci dopo un anno di frenetiche corse. L'appartamento è bellissimo e fa al caso di tutte quelle coppie vogliano rilassarsi e godersi il mare della Sardegna. La posizione è strategica essendo a 5 minuti dal centro di Solanas e comunque si è vicini ai principali snodi stradali per raggiungere Villasimius, Costa Rei e Cagliari. Un grazie particolare al proprietario Vittorio che ci ha fatti sentire davvero a casa. Torneremo senza alcun dubbio

Un vrai petit nid d'amour

Acceuil chaleureux de Vittorio, puis discrétion de notre hôle le reste du séjour. Tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Les lieux sont propres et le charme de l'endroit conforme à nos attentes. Nous reviendrons.

Locatie van het appartement klopt niet.

Als de juiste locatie was aangegeven, hadden wij het niet gehuurd. Was nu al erg warm in het appartement. Loop je moeizaam , realiseer dan, dat je trappen op moet.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit mediterranem Flair

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer am Hang gebauten Ferienanlage mit vielen verschachtelten Ebenen, aufgelockert durch Olivenbäume und Pflanzen. Alles ist sehr schön mit mediterranen Fliesen gestaltet und hat duch die vielen Treppen und Winkel etwas ganz individuelles. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist eine überdachte Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Solanas und die Berge. Das Appartment ist angenehm eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Von diesem Standort kann man schöne Touren in die Umgebung machen, ist schnell in Villasimius, wo es alle Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf, Restaurants und Cafés gibt. Die Pasticceria La Perla hat uns besonders gut gefallen, es gibt dort viele Sorten leckere Croissants. Die schöne Küste von Costa Rei mit kleinen abwechslungsreichen Buchten ist auch nicht weit. Wir sind auch einmal in die Berge gefahren, wo uns die Landschaft sehr beeindruckt hat. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für Individual-Touristen sehr zu empfehlen.

Ulrike and his kind wife because they are lovely and very kind people. They immediately expressed their interest in the house and the beauty of the place and traditions. They are very neat and clean people who have left my perfect home. I recommend these special people to all renters and I hope welcome them again in the future.

a great stay in a very nice apartment

Our stay in the apartment of Vittorio lasted two weeks. The house was very clean, room and bathroom good prepared. The view from the terrace to the city and the sea was very nice and we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. Vittorio is a wonderful person, who immediately stood by for any questions. We would recommend staying there. Attention: quite steep car access to the parking area of the house. Joanna & Frank

Confortevole e tranquillo

Appartamento piccolino ( va bene per una coppia) ma con tutto il necessario , confortevole e pulito. Vittorio e' molto gentile e disponibile, simpatico e a disposizione per i suoi ospiti. La posizione e' ottima , alle pendici di una collina a pochi passi da Solanas e a 2 minuti di auto dalla sua splendida spiaggia. Il posto è silenzioso e tranquillo , ma non isolato perché nello stesso complesso (con giardino e parcheggio recintati) ci sono anche altri appartamenti . Molto facili e veloci (circa 15min in auto) anche gli spostamenti verso villasimius, costa rei e le loro spiagge da sogno! Ottimi i ristoranti nelle vicinanze consigliatici da Vittorio e con varietà sia di pietanze che di prezzi per le varie esigenze. E' stata una splendida vacanza !

Beautiful house on a hill

We stayed in this beautiful house on a hill. last november! Vittorio is a really friendly and helpful person. We love the morning sun on this big terrace of the house. Its really peaceful and quiet here. And still got good weather in november. We come back for sure! Thanks Vittorio

L'appartamento è molto accogliente ed il proprietario molto disponibile. Soggiorno piacevole, posizione strategica ed un ottimo prezzo. Consigliato per le coppie che vogliono passare una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della scoperta di queste meravigliose lovalità marine della Sardegna.

Soggiorno piú che soddisfacente. La casa é completa di tutti i comfort ed é inserita in un contesto molto riservato e silenzioso; nelle sue vicinanze inoltre si trovano comodamente tutte le comodità oltre che spiagge stupende.
