My house is located in the heart of Solanas, 500 meters from the sea and a stone's throw from markets, restaurants and pizzerias. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchen, a splendid veranda with white curtains. At home nothing is missing, wi fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 parking spaces, courtyard, barbecue. In the area around Solanas there are many other beaches, all very beautiful, with clean sand and transparent water. I can recommend many itineraries.

Beautiful area

The house was fantastic and well equipped. Walter was a great host and communicated as needed. Short walk to one of the best beaches I've been. Great pizza/restaurant 2 minutes away. Would definitely stay again,

We enjoyed our stay in Solanas!

We spent 1 week in Walter's apartment and had a geat time. It's just a short walk to the beautiful beach of Solanas and there are some good restaurants around. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Walter was very helpful when we had questions or problems. We would definitely return.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was excellent. We loved the size of it (kitchen and two bedrooms, two baths) and the location. We drove to the beaches each day. Our favorite beach was right there in Solanas as it was chill and beautiful white sand. But our favorite part was the host. He gave us some recommendations for things to do and had excellent communication. Also he had water for us as well. This was perfect for a family who wanted to go to the beach . Also it had a nice outdoor space for eating a cooked meal there.

Die Wohnung lag optimal, von hier aus war man in max 10 Minuten am Strand und mit dem Auto hat man innerhalb einer Stunde viele Ziele erreicht. Walter ist ein toller, herzlicher, empathischer Vermieter, er hat von Anfang an immer schnell geantwortet, war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort hat Walter uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt – es war einfach perfekt!Die Wohnung, die Umgebung und die Herzlichkeit von Walter haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Das haben wir bisher so noch nicht erlebt.

Deux semaines à Solanas

Très bien reçu par Walter qui est toujours attentif à nos demandes. Endroit propre et calme, très bien agencé et près de la mer. Nous avons passé 2 semaines des plus agréables. Voiture indispensable si vous voulez rejoindre la foule et les boutiques de Villasimius, mais vous trouverez à quelques pas de la maison tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Restaurants, petit market, pharmacie et le marché le mardi. Conseillé en famille ou entre amis pour des petites soirées sympathiques sur la grande terrasse. Je vous le conseille sans retenue.

Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Walter's apartment in Solanas. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to a gorgeous beach or you could drive as there was free parking. We were there at the end of September so parking was easy to find. Solanas was a very peaceful little town. The White Box restaurant at the beach was excellent. We would happily go back to Walter's place. Thanks for everything!

Gemstone in south-east Sardinia

The flat was spacious, in the walking distance from the beach. Parking spot was available and comfortable. Two balconies served us well both in the morning and in the evening. The flat is air-conditioned and has a comfortable bed. You can find some additional amenities like sun umbrella. The kitchen isn't equipped with any condiments for cooking (like salt, pepper or oil) so if you want to cook be prepared to buy everything. The host is comunicative and takes great care of his guests.

Schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben 5 Tage in Walters Ferienwohnung im Ort Solanas verbracht und uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist umgeben von blühenden Büschen und Bäumen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und prima ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat! Walter war sehr freundlich und hat uns stets alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Wir haben mit dem Leihwagen viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und kommen gerne wieder!

Three great weeks in a nice location in sunny Solanas

We spent three wonderful weeks in this very nice and well equipped apartment. The outdoor area was perfect, regardless if we wanted to stay in the shade or in the sun; we had the choice. Walter was a great host and he took very well care of us during our stay and helped us with all we needed; as a matter of fact we also had the service to be personally picked up from the to the airport, very convenient. We will never forget the fresh bread of various kinds he brought (one of the best homemade bread we ever had in Italy) as well as the sweet dessert wine from the local area. We felt very well take care of and Walter contacted us very now during our stay to then to ask if we had everything we needed – and- as a matter of fact we had everything we needed during this excellent stay in Solanas. Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in ruhigem Ort

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Walter sehr genossen. Walter ist ein sehr netter und bemühter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt im ruhigen Ort Solanas. Alles was man für einen schönen Strandurlaub mit Kindern benötigt, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Gemischtwarenhändler und einen Metzger. Für den größeren Einkauf muss man nach Villasimius fahren.

Sardinien, die Perle im Mittelmeer

Wer das ursprüngliche Mittelmeer sucht mit unverbauten Landschaften, herrlich blauem Meer und wunderschönen Sandstränden, an denen man prima Schnorcheln kann, ist hier genau richtig. Solanas ist ein kleines, verträumtes Dorf, welches aber trotzdem die wichtigsten Alltagsbedürfnisse befriedigen kann, so gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit frischen Backwaren, einen Fleischer, eine Pizzeria und Wochenmarkt am Dienstag u. Freitag, und das alles in 3 min zu Fuß vom Appartment. In der Saison erwacht am Wochenende der Marktplatz im italienischen Flair, Life -Musik oder auch mal Karaoke. Die Appartments sind sauber und modern, auf eingezäunten Grundstück, eingesäumt von herrlich duftenden Orleanderbüschen, ideal für befreundete Familien. Wir haben gern zusammen mit unseren Freunden auf der Terasse gesessen, lecker gegrillt und auch die kulinarischen Überraschungen von Walter, dem Vermieter, genossen. Walter ist sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen und auch immer gut erreichbar. Wer etwas Kultur möchte sollte unbedingt einen Ausflug nach Cagliary machen, herrliche Altstadt mit vielen Kathedralen, aber auch das Shopping kommt nicht zu kurz. Was bleibt nach einem Urlaub in Solanas ? Die Erinnerung an das herrliche Meer, die singenden Schwalben und das tägliche Jammern aller Hunde des Dorfes, als die Kirchenglocken anfingen zu läuten, welches uns immer zum schmunzeln brachte...

bella casa e gentilissimi proprietari

Siamo stati in questa casa tutto il mese di Luglio 2016. La casa è molto spaziosa e la sua posizione vicina al mare, la rende ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. Siamo stati con il nostro bambino di 5 mesi e abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort per la nostra permanenza. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung, mit schönen Farben. Betten sehr bequem, Besonderns herrlich ist die Terasse mit Ausblick, auf der immer eine leichte Brise weht. Traumhafte Strände in der Umgebung und auch vor Ort. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

beautiful and safe place to stay with children!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for myself and my family, especially with two small children. The layout and outside space was perfect for us. It was also very safe being enclosed down a small lane with secure gates. The location was only 5 minute walk from the beautiful Solanas beach and the small food market was only 2minutes away. Perfect location for going to Villasimius and Cagliari for the day! Walter the owner was very accommodating to us and made sure we had everything we needed. Even bought a paddling pool and toys for my children! Highly recommend anyone interested to go here.We will definately return again!

Vacanza meravigliosa! Wunderschöne Ferien!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in Solanas verbracht. Wir hatten mit einer befreundeten Familie das Haus gebucht und die obere Wohnung gemietet. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber, geräumig und super ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer/Küche), W-LAN, eine sehr schöne große Terrasse mit neuen Holzmöbeln, wunderbare Ausblicke auf Berge und Meer von den Balkonen aus, zwei neue Bäder, jeweils mit Dusche. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, es herrscht kein störender Autodurchgangsverkehr, gerade mit Kindern sehr wichtig. Der Vermieter, Walter, ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an zu Hause gefühlt. Zum Meer geht man ca. 5 - 10 Min. Solanas hat eine traumhaft schöne Bucht mit glasklarem Wasser. Nur zu empfehlen!

Beautiful apartment in Solanas close to the beach

Our family with two children (2 and 7 years old) spent our summer holidays in Solanas in the beautiful apartment of Walter and his family. This is a perfect place for holidays at the beach. The apartment is very well equipped with two bedrooms, a large kitchen, bath and two beautiful terraces with panoramic views over solanas, the hills to the sea. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The internet/WLAN worked perfectly. We had also nice barbecue evenings in the ground-floor of the apartment house with palm trees and colorful flowers. The communication before arrival and check in/check out was very friendly and convenient. Walter and his parents were very friendly, hospitably, and helpful. The beach, which is in walking distance (5-10 min), is very lovely with some bars and cafes. In Solanas are good restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket, and a butcher with excellent quality. Nearby Solanas (10-20 min by car) are also many nice places with beautiful beaches (e.g. Villasimius). We would be very happy to spend more holidays in this cosy house of Walter and his family in Solanas and we could highly recommend this apartment.

Agosto a Solanas da favola!!!

Casa perfetta in tutto non mancava niente!!! I proprietari sono state persone veramente squisite e molto disponibili in tutto. La posizione è strategica perchè vicina alle spiagge più belle di quella parte di Sardegna. Consiglio sicuramente la casa e sicuramente tornerò!!!

Vacanza a Solanas....

Appartamento grazioso a 10 min dalla spiaggia a piedi. Siamo stati accolti molto bene e Walter è stato ospitale e gentile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. persona decisamente sorprendente prendendosi cura con attenzione alle eventuali necessità dell' inquilino. Appartamento climatizzato in tutte le camere e dotato di Wi-Fi. Consigliamo questa vacanza e questo appartamento.
