The house is set in a delightful and very quiet residence, with a swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th and a tennis court.
On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom, one of which with an additional bed.
Upstairs there is a living room with kitchenette, equipped with all comforts, such as TV, double sofa bed, microwave, oven and a further bathroom with washing machine.
On the mezzanine floor there is a large semi-covered veranda equipped with all accessories, including outdoor umbrellas and chairs, barbeque, comfortable armchairs to relax.
Remember that the house is fully air conditioned. At 500 meters from the house there are two markets: Di Meglio and Eurospin. In 5 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. At the port you can make excursions by boat or in sailing ships to visit the entire protected marine area.
Every Saturday morning in the town center, there is a small market with all the typical products of the area on sale. In the evening the whole center is closed to traffic and you can walk around to taste excellent homemade ice creams, watch performances by street artists, buy the best artisanal products among the stalls and shops.

Gabriella est très disponible et à l écoute ce qui est tres appreciable pour preparer les vacances. L appartement est tres fonctionnel et tres bien equipe. A 15 min a pied du centre. Quelques minutes a pied de supermarchés. Ce furent des vacances de reve ;-)

La casa è in un’ottima posizione per muoversi a Villasimius, il parcheggio è sempre disponibile. La casa è spaziosa ed ha tutto per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Ottima la terrazza per cenare in tranquillità. La signora Gabriella è disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato!

Very nice stay in quiet appartment surrounded by beautiful beaches

We had a wonderful stay in the appartment of Gabriella. The veranda offered space for eating and relaxing meanwhile the bedrooms had very nice air conditioning. The appartment also included parasols which we could borrow for our stay at the beach. We hired bikes at the local company Green Bike in town to get around and managed to visit 6 different beaches within a range of 10-15 km a day which was perfect!Gabriella was really kind and cooperative and we enjoyed our vacacion in her appartment.

Logement atypique en demi niveau qui nous a convenu. Terrasse en demi niveau supérieur et chambres en demi niveau inférieur ( elles sont bien fraîches pour se reposer). Très propre. Très bien équipé. Les échanges avec Gabriella sont faciles et agréables. Seul bémol : accueil par une personne qui ne parle que l'italien

Die Ferienwohnung von Gabriella war für unsere Bedürfnisse gerade richtig. Unsere Teenagermädels (14+15) haben sich in ihrem Zimmer wohlgefühlt und den Pool genossen. (Auch wenn die Poolzeiten beschränk waren und Bademützenpflicht herrschte. Die Klimaanlagen waren gut und wichtig, da es sehr heiß war. Die Terrasse wunderbar, um die Tage gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Die Auswahl an Topstränden ist hervorragend in Villasimius. Und der Weg ins Zentrum und zu den Supermärkten nicht weit und gut zu Fuß zu machen.

Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence calme, proche des plages 15 mn et tous commerces à 5mn. Bon séjour en famille. Piscine agréable car pas trop de monde

La maison est vétuste; il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain avec douche, les chambres sont au sous-sol, donc pas possible d'aérer; bcp de choses inutilisables, vieilles et cassées; la piscine sale, avec heures d'ouverture très limitées et port du bonnet obligatoire. Dommage parce que la région est superbe et la maison très bien située.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo con proprietari impegnati

Sia la padrona di casa che la donna delle pulizie mi hanno scritto in anticipo tramite WhatsApp e sono state quindi in grado di garantire un processo totalmente regolare. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un'ostinata peste di formiche in due punti della casa. Altrimenti tutto era pulito con le tipiche strutture per le vacanze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Bella posizione.

Vacanza straordinaria,da ripetere sicuramente

Siamo stati benissimo, casa accogliente , pulitissima e super attrezzata, dotata di ogni confort, fresca e spaziosa.La signora Gabriella è stata gentilissima e disponibile ,ci ha accolti come se ci conoscessimo da sempre ,facendoci trovare persino un bel cesto di frutta e del vino fresco al nostro arrivo.La consiglio a tutti e noi torneremo sicuramente. Nous avons adorés nos vacances a Villasimius. La location de Maria Gabriella est très agréable pour une famille. Nous avions pris l'avion et pourtant nous n'avons manqués de rien. l'appartement à tous se qu'il peut y avoir (meme les jeux de page pour les enfants). un grand merci a Maria Gabriella et Paolo pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bella vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre amiche, in questo appartamento nella terza settimana di luglio 2019. L'accoglienza di Gabriella e Paolo e' stata calorosa ed esaustiva, spiegandoci tutto quello che era necessario per usufruire al meglio del nostro soggiorno a Villasimius. L'appartamento e' molto carino, pulito e funzionale con tutto l'occorrente necessario per la casa e la vacanza, anche ombrelloni, stuoie, sdrai e giochi per bambini. Ci sono 2 camere da letto, con letti comodi, spaziose con armadio, di cui una cieca, ma collegate da una finestra interna per cui c'era il ricambio d'aria e anche dalla porta. Aria condizionata e ventilatore. Una terrazza molto bella per poter fare colazione e cena. Due bagni, solo uno con doccia e l'altro solo con sanitari e lavatrice. L'appartamento e' comodo a tutti i sevizi con 2 supermercati vicini e vicino al centro citta', dove la sera la strada diventa solo pedonale e si puo' tranquillamente passeggiare gustandosi un ottimo gelato, tra bancarelle e negozi di.ogni genere. Il mare e le sue spiagge meravigliose sono da 5 a20 minuti di strada, per cui e' consigliabile l'auto. Consiglio senz'altro il soggiorno da Gabriella e Paolo, una garanzia!

Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern (6J. und 8J.)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Maria und es war alles wie beschrieben! Wir wurden herzlich von Maria und Ihren Freundinnen begrüßt und mit Gebäck und Likör überrascht. Die Kinder und wir alle haben uns inmitten der italienischen Nachbarn wohl gefühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, Sonnenschirm für Strand, Strandstühle, Spielsachen, Waschmaschine, Gewürze, Geschirr usw. Man erreicht innerhalb von 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto 20 verschiedene Buchten und zwei Supermärkte sind 200m entfernt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wie im Bild, wer Wert darauf legt muss woanders hin. Spiaggia di Cala Sinzias hat uns am besten gefallen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt und vielen Dank an Maria! Gruß Frank

Really nice stay but more information could be useful before booking

Overall impression is good. House is clean and close enough to the centre of town and few shops around. Large balcony is a nice place to have evening meal. There is a one bathroom ( where you can take shower) and two toilets instead of two bathrooms as advertised. Also we didnt spotted any signs of WiFi as listed. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Gabriella is a wonderful host and she has welcomed us warmly on our arrival. The only thing that we think that it could be improved on is accuracy of description. For example large communal swimming pool is open only for 3h a day between 15 of June and 15 of August. I'm not sure if we would decide on this property knowing this beforehand. Fortunatelly beaches around Villasimius are so magnificent that we didnt have to use pool at all. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would recommend Gabriella and her house. Maybe she needs to work on description little bit more but house is nice clean and close enough to everything . Communication was good as well.

le prix n'est pas justifie.une seule salle d'eau utilisable,pas de possibilite d'utiliser la machine a laver,vaisselle disparate,pas de grille pain,cafetiere mini douche de poupee 50*50 ,lampes de chevet dans une des chambre sans prise de courant obligation d'acheter un prolongateur pour les alimenter,pas d'aeration possible dans cette chambre seule la literie est de bonne qualite.je ne conseil pas ce logement.

Villasimius un paese da sogno

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto 2018 per due settimane in questo appartamento. La signora Gabriella è stata molto gentile, ospitale e veloce nelle comunicazioni. L'appartamento è spazioso e fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Le due camere sono molto ampie, sono al piano più basso e comunicano tra di loro tramite una finestrella che permette di areare la camera cieca. La terrazza è deliziosa e molto funzionale, grazie anche alla presenza della doccia. Fondamentali in certi momenti della giornata la presenza dei condizionatori. Il parcheggio è libero e molto vicino all'ingresso dell'appartamento. La piscina, che qualche volta potrebbe essere piacevole da utilizzare, ha degli orari un po' limitati e necessiterebbe di manutenzione per il fondo; comunque ne abbiamo usufruito lo stesso con i bambini. Villasimius è un bellissimo paese dal quale si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti spiagge da sogno. Grazie mille Silvia

Agréable séjour

Séjour très sympa. La location avec sa terrasse est très agréable et propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Les plages aux alentours sont magnifiques. Allez y les yeux fermés. Dommage que la piscine n'est pas ouverte toute la journée et qu'il faut mettre un bonnet de bain mais point positif elle est surveillée et donc très calme.

Indimenticabile soggiorno a Vilasimius

Ho soggiornato insieme a mia sorella a metà giugno a Villasimius presso Casa Caterina. Più che ospite mi sono sentita in famiglia. La signora Gabriella e suo marito Paolo sono delle persone gentili e disponibile , persone "di cuore". Ci hanno dato anche tante informazioni utili al nostro arrivo sulle spiagge ristoranti e fatto trovare anche dei buonissimi dolcetti tipici sardi :) . La case è molto ben tenuta, pulitissima e dotata do ogni confort, con una bellissima terrazza dove era piacevolissimo cenare avvolti dalla brezza marina che si respirava. La signora ci ha messo a disposizione tutti i tipi di biancheria , il che si è dimostrato molto utile! La casa si trova a pochi minuti dal centro e m nel giro di 10/15 minuti è possibile raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle di Villasimius. Non vedo l'ora di poterci tornare , ho lasciato un pezzetto di cuore in quel meraviglioso mare ! Paola

Tres bon acceuil beau gite

Bon gite bien organise et accueillant . Climatisation chauffage prêt de draps linge de maison et de table en bonne quantité. Couvertures aussi car en février météo un peu fraiche .Belle région surtout la cote sud est .Propriétaires aux petits soins avec ses locataires. Dommage que nous n avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse a cause d un soleil trop timide. Merci a Gabriella et son mari.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa due settimane a settembre. La casa è semplice, super funzionale e dotata di qualsiasi cosa avete bisogno durante il vostro soggiorno. La Sig.ra Gabriella é una persona squisita, super disponibile e si vede quanto ama far star bene i suoi ospiti. Consigliamo a tutti questo appartamento considerando anche la zona bellissima in cui si trova.

Piacevole soggiorno

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia la prima settimana di settembre nell'appartamento della signora Gabriella. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto composto da due camere da letto spaziose, due bagni una zona giorno con angolo cottura e una bellissima veranda dove abbiamo potuto fare colazione e cenare in tranquillità. Il residence, in cui c'è anche una piscina, si trova in una zona tranquilla ma poco distante dal supermercato e dal centro . L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario e la signora Gabriella e il marito sono stati gentilissimi e molto ospitali. Se ci sarà l'occasione torneremo volentieri.
