Super panoramic villa in Torre delle Stelle

Semi-detached portion consisting of a large living room with dining area and TV area, a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom and a kitchen. On the mezzanine there is a relaxation area with a sofa and a bed and another bathroom. The most beautiful part of the house is the large terrace where you can sunbathe, enjoy breathtaking sunsets and dine in the company of the stars. On the other side of the house a garden with barbecue and laundry room.
The house is a two-family house. Below there is another independent house. Each of the two properties is autonomous and with independent spaces and services.
Important: check-in after 21.00 will have a surcharge of 60 euros. Check in between 21 and 24 € 150 surcharge. No check-in between 24.00 and 08.00.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung - gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, tolle und große Terrasse. Das Besitzerehepaar ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Alles verlief unkompliziert. Wer im Urlaub etwas Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wunderschöne Badebuchten und Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Einer sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Wen es interessiert: WLAN ist ausgezeichnet. Der Anfahrtsweg läuft die letzten beiden Kilometer über eine nicht asphaltierte Lehm-/Schotterstraße mit teilweise großen Schlaglöchern (nicht irritieren lassen) - lohnt sich aber auf alle Fälle, denn es ist das drittletzte Haus in dieser "Sackgasse" mit phantastischem Ausblick.

Wunderbares Haus mit tollem Meerblick, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, kein Massentourismus, extrem schöner Strand "Genn'e Mari" in der Nähe.

Che dire ? Ha funzionato TUTTO ! Proprietari cordiali e disponibilissimi, vista impareggiabile (impossibile trovare di meglio), appartamento dotato di ogni accessorio e comfort Assolutamente consigliato ! Unica piccola pecca (ma non dipende dalla proprietà): per arrivarci bisogna percorrere una strada sterrata che in alcuni punti è piuttosto dissestata... Grazie a Ignazio e Laura per il soggiorno fantastico

We couldn't have had a more relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

The property and view especially are absolutely gorgeous. From check-in and throughout our stay, we had only pleasant exchanges with the owner who provided us with a delicious Sardinian wine and other treats as a welcome. This was our first visit to Sardinia - and Torre Delle Stelle. We will be back!

Traumhafte Ruhe mit sensationeller Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr gepflegt. Unser Gastgeber war stets erreichbar und hat sich perfekt um alles gekümmert. Wir empfehlen ihn sehr gerne weiter.

Vue panoramique unique et calme absolu.

Villa spacieuse avec tout le confort, vue magnifique sur la mer et le coucher de soleil....aucunes mauvaises surprises par apport au descriptif lors de la réservation. Propriétaire très accueillant donnant de bons conseils sur la région.Une bouteille de vin blanc en signe de bienvenue sur la table du salon... Seul bémol Clim bruyante que le propriétaire doit changer prochainement, et un accés à la maison peu pratique, pour personnes agées ou handicapées ... Pris à payer pour une tranquilité et une vue incomparable.
