To know before booking:

Extra heating costs to be paid locally depending on the time of year.

On arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:
-Stay tax 1€ per person over 14 years old
-Final cleaning, laundry and anti covid-19 sanitation: 120€.
-Heating, when necessary: 10€ per day
-Guests are asked for a deposit of 200 € to be paid on site and returned on departure
-For check-in after 19.00 there is an extra fee of 20 €.
The Space
Villa Antica Torre is a luxurious residence located in the centre of San Felice del Benaco, at the foot of the remains of a medieval tower. Just a few minutes away, you can visit the beautiful Isola del Garda, reach the beaches and all the best attractions of Lake Garda.

Villa Antica Torre offers refined and comfortable flats from 60 to 105 square meters, two, three and four room flats, all sharing a beautiful swimming pool and an exclusive garden with attention to detail.

Access for guests
The prestigious two-room apartment, which can be accessed by climbing the stairs, is located on the second floor and is composed as follows: living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and small balcony.

Characteristic of the apartment is a beautiful, very large window with a panoramic view.

It is characterised by a modern and detailed furnishing and a beautiful swimming pool, shared with the other units.

There is also a private parking space on the property.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, LCD TV, satellite antenna,
wi-fi internet connection and dishwasher.

The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in the summer period, being equipped with air conditioning, and in the winter period, being equipped with heating.

The flat will be sanitized with alcohol and chlorine-based products as required by the DPCM, respecting the anti-COVID guidelines and protocols dictated by the state. In addition, at each new arrival, a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION will be carried out with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and bacilli by 99.9%. It naturally deodorises and sanitises all rooms, surfaces, objects and fabrics in the house.
