Summary:

Cozy pet-friendly floating house on Lake Cumberland near restaurants and a public boat ramp. Perfect for couples or small families, this unique stay sits right on the water for an unforgettable lake escape. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the lake, and unwind at night around the fire pit table. Small, charming, and all about the lake life.



The Space:

You will receive a code to a lockbox that is on the property. The address will take you to a huge parking lot followed by a gate with on site security after hours to ensure safety and security of our Floathouzz Community. There is a communal bath house if needed along with extra bathrooms and plenty of parking along with boat trailer parking. You can even launch your boat at the dock and park in front of your Floathouzz!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed.
