Große EnttĂ€uschung

Leider war die Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. In der Loggia, in der man hĂ€tte Entspannung finden sollen, war ĂŒberall Schimmel. Der Schimmelgeruch breitete sich in der ganzen Wohnung aus. Es musste die ganze Zeit gelĂŒftet werden. Die Wohnung war in einem erbĂ€rmlichen Zustand, Fenster dreckig, dass man kaum rausschauen konnte und ĂŒberall Spinnweben. Obwohl wir den Zustand der Wohnung bei der Verwaltung Heinemann gemeldet haben, ist leider nichts passiert, kein Entgegenkommen und auch keine Lösung. Durch das gute Wetter konnte man aber die schöne Nordsee genießen.

Ideale Lage, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, nah zum Strand und der Promenade, die GeschĂ€fte sowie Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. Das Bad ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, mit AbstellflĂ€chen und Haken, die Duschwanne hat einen Duschvorhang. Die KĂŒche ist auch mit allem nötigen versorgt, sodass man Kochen kann wenn man es möchte. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben gut geschlafen, da wenig GerĂ€usche von der Straße hochkommen. Die beiden Loggias sind gut zu nutzen, Morgens auf der einen Seite die Sonne, Abends auf der anderen Seite noch ein schöner, wenn auch kleiner Blick, auf den Sonnenuntergang der sich im Meer/Watt spiegelt. Das Wohnzimmer ist gerĂ€umig genug auch mal auf der Couch zu entspannen. Ein zugehöriger Parkplatz zur Wohnung ist direkt hinter dem Haus und mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden bestimmt nochmal hinfahren.
