Newly renovated with furnishing to induce relaxation along with some high tech amenities including: Google Fiber, Ninja Pro Coffee Maker, Ninja Crockpot, Frigidaire Range with Air Fryer, 4K FireTV's, and Arcades! All beds are plush memory foam mattresses with 100% cotton linens, duvet comforters, two extra soft pillows and two memory foam pillows.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT POLICIES:
Booking & Verification:
Access codes will not release until you complete our secure verification link to provide a signed digital contract and government-issued photo ID match with verification selfie within 24 hours of booking. Failure to verify may result in cancellation without a refund.

Checkout Instructions:
Dishes: Clean all used dishes before departing. Trash: Empty kitchen and bathroom cans into the large bins located in the garage. Linens: Place all used sheets and towels on top of the beds or in laundry baskets.

Great property with plenty of entertainment. We have 4 kids 8yr-13yr and they all had a great time. Very close to shopping food, and fun places to spend the day like Black bobs water park. Very accommodating to amenities such as cleaning items and hygiene products(shampoo/conditioner, extra trash bags etc.) Probably will look into this house for future stays when we come visit again.
