Amazing home in Zerpenschleuse

In the idyllic north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests, lies the harbor village Zerpenschleuse. Vacation homes in Scandinavian style are grouped around its marina.



This light-flooded vacation home "Biber" offers enough space for 6 people on two floors. On the gallery on the second floor you can enjoy a unique view over the area through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing (can be darkened if necessary). The cottage has a modern, very well equipped fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites you to enjoy a meal together and pleasant conversations. There are two separate bedrooms. The shower room with natural light and air conditioning throughout the house complete your successful vacation.



The sun terrace invites you to stay and relax. A gas grill and high-quality garden furniture are here for you. Whether on the terrace for pleasant summer evenings, in the house in front of the fireplace by the crackling fire or on the open gallery: relaxation is guaranteed here.



This vacation home is especially pet and family friendly. For the little ones there is a baby crib and chair and in the garden there is a play tower with sandbox. The entire garden is fenced and therefore safe for all fur noses. In the shed there are two bicycles and a children's scooter, also a sled.



Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. A highlight of the house is the large outdoor sauna with three loungers.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.



In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the nature park Barnim and the biosphere reserve Schorfheide. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.



Hints: Payment by EC card is not possible in the Zerpenschleuse harbor village, please pay cash only. The Zerpenschleuse harbor village is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.

Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to three pets are allowed.
