Welcome to our guest house! This special haven accommodates up to 12 guests in a spacious yet cozy home. Located on a serene country road boasting glorious sunset views, it offers convenient access to I-40, Route 100, and 96.
Come relax and unwind with everything required for modern comfort. An easy 30 minute drive from downtown Nashville, and 20 minutes to all the attractions in Bellevue and Franklin, enjoy a perfect blend of tranquility and proximity to vibrant city life.

Our fully restored 1960’s ranch farmhouse is nestled on 5 acres between horse pastures.
The main level primary bedroom is complete with a luxurious king sized bed and full spa-like ensuite bathroom. There is a dedicated work and/or play room connected to this room with a futon sofa that can also serve as a child’s bed.
The second bedroom on the main level is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and has a full bathroom accessible across the hallway.
The second floor is set up to easily accommodate 5 people with a twin and trundle combo and a twin-over-full bunk bed. This room is complete with its own full bathroom and walk-in closet.
The common space is open concept with a fully functional kitchen, dining area, and living room with a massive brick wood-burning fireplace. There is a dedicated laundry room stocked with all the essentials as well as towels to use for the hot-tub. This room also serves as the back entrance/ mud room and easy access to the outdoor living space. Enjoy backyard views of the gorgeous TN sunsets from the large back deck while you sip some wine (or local whiskey;) - there’s really nothing like the beauty of that!!!
