About this property

Secluded 1,200 Acre Wyoming Ranch Sleeps 18 with Wildlife, Views and Adventure

Tucked away along two miles of the Bear River, Kingfisher Bend Ranch offers a rare chance to experience the beauty, space, and stillness of the Wyoming landscape. Set on expansive private acreage 20 miles south of Evanston at the base of the Uinta Mountains, this secluded ranch is designed for gathering - whether you’re bringing together extended family, neighbors, hosting a retreat, or simply looking to unplug and reconnect.

Wake up to great views, fresh mountain air, and the kind of quiet that’s hard to find anywhere else. Wildlife is part of daily life here—moose, elk, and mule deer are often spotted wandering through the property, and the nearby river draws birds and other native species. With two miles of the Bear River on the property, it’s a fly fishing paradise.

The ranch comfortably accommodates large groups in the spacious main lodge featuring two kitchens, two living/dining rooms, four bedrooms with one queen bed in each, two bedrooms with two bunk beds in each, one bedroom with two twin beds, three bathrooms, and two laundry rooms - perfect for groups or families. An office provides quiet space for those needing to get work done, or it can serve as an additional bedroom with a blow up
mattress to fit more guests. The lodge offers an open, inviting atmosphere with plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of adventure. An outdoor grill, two large outdoor picnic tables, and covered pavilion at the pond make hosting large groups a breeze. Highchairs and pack and play cribs are available as needed. For additional space,
two pond-side cabins which can sleep six are located nearby and may be available to book.

Days at the ranch can be as active or relaxed as you choose. Guests have access to a wide variety of activities, including:
- Fly fishing in the stocked private pond and the Bear River
- Kayaking on the pond
- Pickleball, basketball, and sand volleyball
- Frisbee golf and lawn games
- Mountain biking and hiking on the ranch property and in the nearby Uinta mountains
- Petting, and with the ranch manager’s approval, feeding horses and/or Highland cattle
- Guided horseback riding may be available at a rate of $45 per horse per hour. Rides are limited to three guests at a time with a maximum of three hours per day
- Cross country skiing (multiple sizes provided), snowshoeing (multiple pairs provided), sledding, and snowmobiling on the ranch property and in the nearby Uinta mountains

Whether you’re planning a family gathering, group retreat, or a peaceful escape into nature, this Wyoming ranch offers a rare combination of space, recreation, and natural beauty. Spend your days exploring, your evenings under expansive western skies, and your time together making memories in a setting that feels both private and unforgettable.
