New owner and new to market! Ski and golf in/out from this newly redone condo at Copper Springs Lodge in Copper Mountain's East Village, just 7 minutes to Frisco, CO. The space features one bedroom with a king bed and a sunny living room that includes a sofa bed, cozy faux fur blankets, a gas fireplace, a deck with mountain views, and plenty of storage. Enjoy completely new: furnishings, stainless steel appliances, kitchenware, bed, mattress, bedding, etc all new in Winter/Spring 2026. Every detail was considered, from the Quince bamboo luxury sheets, to luxury bedding for the sofa bed, black out curtains in the living room, freshly cleaned duvet covers for every stay, extra storage, plenty of hooks for coats/gloves/helmets, outlets and USB ports where you need them, installed recessed lighting and even a bed height that allows for suitcase and ski bag storage so you can relax in the space. No more dark ski condos with 30 year old comforters and gear littering the living room floor! The kitchen boasts completely new tableware, appliances, etc...everything you need and nothing you don't, which leaves cabinet space for your groceries as well. The garage parking for 1 car means you'll never have to shovel snow. The elevator makes it easy to transport your bags. You will enjoy a corner locker in the lobby locker room for easy ski and board storage. If you wish to wax or tune your gear, take advantage of the on site tuning facility. If you're here in the spring summer or fall, enjoy garage bike storage and the Copper golf course, which is right outside your front door. The 2 level common space in the building includes a comfy lounge are as well as a pool table, fooseball table, high top hang out area and a gym...space you or your kids will actually use. The property boasts 3 XL outdoor year round hot tubs and a sauna. Steps from the front door enjoy live music and apres at JJs while the kids are tubing. The East Village is an easy walk to the Woodward barn and the free busses to the other villages of Copper and direct to Frisco both stop outside the building. More winter dates will become available as the season gets closer (message me if helpful). We pride ourselves on our perfect 5 star reviews at the beach, now join us in the mountains!

Why they chose this property

Copper is our favorite place to ski in Summit County, and the East Village offers the perfect combination of ski-in-ski-out convenience, easy access to Frisco and Breck, access to all things Copper, and respite form the Center Village crowds and noise. Copper Springs Lodge has the best amenities of any building at Copper, we think :)

We designed and furnished the condo to meet our personal preferences, not just typical rental standards. We are aligning to the guests we hope to attract...those that value quality and extra touches and treat places they rent like they would their own.
