Nach nunmehr nur 4 und 5 Sternenbewertungen auch auf anderen Plattformen nun diese hier? Der Gast hat nie den Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen um mir etwaigige Mißstände anzuzeigen und schreibt dann- würde sagen....? Wir sind immer für unsere Gäste da und unterstützen Diese wo wir können dafür wurden wir bisher nur mit guten Bewertungen bedacht und dann kommt dieser Gast, läst absolut nichts von sich hören und schreibt uns diese Bewertung hier, Entschuldigung das tut uns weh?

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft in einer schönen und lebendigen Stadt. Die Umgebung war wunderschön und sehr gut geeignet für die 6 langen Spaziergänge, die wir dort unternommen haben.

Objekt in guter Lage

Das Objekt liegt super, um morgens Brötchen zu holen oder auch am Abend bei Bedarf zu einer gewünschten Gastronomie zu gehen. Für tolle Wanderungen ist das auch ein toller Startpunkt. Der kleine Sitzplatz außen ist zum Grillen oder auch zum kleinen Spieleabend gut geeignet. Ausstattung der Räume ist mehr als ausreichend für bis zu 4 Personen. Das einzige was unser Teenager brmängelt hat, ist ein fehlender Fernseher im zweiten Schlafraum. Aber damit konnten wir super leben:-). Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck. Beschreibung genau lesen!

Man versucht das Beste draus zu machen, inklusive modernisiertem Bad und einiger neuerer Möbelstücke, aber das Häuschen bleibt ein wenig muffig und dunkel, besonders das Erdgeschoss. Fließend Wasser gibt es nur im dort. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive mannigfaltiger Broschüren zu Ausflugszielen/Wanderungen in der Umgebung. WLAN reichte für zwei Personen im HomeOffice (Sitzgelegenheit zum Arbeiten nur in der Küche vorhanden). Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Ganz nett ist der Sitzplatz unterm DAchflächenfenster, sofern das Wetter eine Öffnung zulässt. Sowohl Gastronomie als auch der Rhein sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist etwas weiter entfernt. Insgesamt ist der Ort zwar sehr zentral am Mittelrhein gelegen, jedoch wirkte er selbst am Himmelfahrtswochenende wie ausgestorben. Für uns, die wir ein paar Tage auf dem Rheinburgensteig wandern wollten, hat es trotzdem gepasst.

Das Haus ist in einer kleinen sehr ruhigen Gassen, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat seinen eigenen Charme. Wir haben uns in den paar Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Gemütliches Haus

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Nur ein paar hundert Meter bis zum Zentrum und zum Rhein. Würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen. Einziges Manko war der Vermittler FeWo direkt. Diese App wird bei mir gelöscht.

Sehr Nett

Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war super. Gute Erklärung zum Einchecken. Super Wohnung. Wir hatten 3 Fahrräder bei uns und sie konnten im Schuppen. Der externe Sitz war auch großartig, drei Häuser entfernt, aber für uns sicherlich kein Problem. Badezimmer auch prima. Und zum Fuss backerei wenig minuten.
