Very comfortable and cool home. The split bedroom layout is nice. The beds are very comfortable. Nice neighborhood and convenient location.

Short black curly hairs were found on the sheets, pillow case and bathroom sink in the master bedroom. We had to wash the sheets before sleeping in the bed.There is no smoke detector in the second bedroom

1 Star – Disgusting, Poorly Maintained, and NOT Worth the Money!We rent VRBO homes monthly, and this was one of our worst experiences. I wish we’d read the reviews before booking!The house was filthy upon arrival. The master bed had clearly slept-in sheets covered in hair, a BLOOD-STAINED comforter, and no flat sheet. Bathrooms, sinks, and showers hadn’t been cleaned. The shower floor had so much built-up grime I nearly slipped!We attempted to wash the dirty bedding, but the washer kept stopping with an error code, forcing us to HAND WASH the sheets ourselves.When we contacted the host, they claimed the cleaning company had provided photos proving the house was clean. After we sent our own photos showing otherwise, they stopped responding until checkout morning.The smoke alarm constantly beeped from a high ceiling, forcing our kids to stand on shoulders to reach it. Another safety concern!The house provided the BARE MINIMUM: no paper towels, no extra blankets, and only TWO towels for FOUR guests. We had to purchase our own towels!Communication was equally terrible. We left at 5 a.m. for our flight, yet checkout instructions weren’t sent until 8:30 a.m., after we’d already boarded our plane.We paid for a three-night getaway, NOT to clean someone else’s mess, hand-wash filthy bedding, buy basic supplies, and chase down an unresponsive host.Absolutely unacceptable. Save your money and BOOK ELSEWHERE!

The listing is not accurate. Be prepared to bring everything with you, pots/pans/adult size plates/cooking utensils/hair dryer. There is no BBQ grill, the house had 2 pans and 1 spatula and 1 spoon. The eating utensils were appetizer plates, forks, butter knife, spoons and 4 glass cups. The cabinets were falling off and peeling. The floors were sticky in the kitchen, there were crumbs everywhere that lead ants all over. We checked in which was easy, kind of a pain to have to turn both door handles to get in but whatever.The house was not cleaned, we had to wash our towels and they were thrown in a hamper. The bedding was gross there was long dark hair all over the beds and in the master bathroom. There were dead roaches in each bedroom, trash that had fallen next to the bed. . The bedrooms had dead roaches on the floor, the bathroom trashcans were not emptied so we got to see what the last people left. The washer had this moldy smell and anytime you used it everything smelled. There were NO check out instructions provided at all, we put towels and bedding in the hampers at the laundry room.One of the worst houses we've stayed in.
