Welcome to your perfect waterfront coastal escape located in Parkwood Beach, Wareham! This charming 5-bedroom vintage Cape-style family home offers classic New England character paired with all the comforts you need for a relaxing waterfront getaway. Parkwood Beach Association is a small private beach community surrounded by Buzzards Bay and the Wareham River.

Designed with families and groups in mind, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five inviting bedrooms. Inside, you’ll find two full bathrooms, a warm and welcoming living space, dining room and a relaxing all-season sun porch—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine to unwind after a day by the water.

Step outside and enjoy the best of seaside living in our large yard and relax in the colorful Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay. Rinse off in the spacious outdoor shower after a swim, fire up the gas grill for an evening cookout, and take in breathtaking sunsets right from the property. The private beach is just a short 3-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy a day of swimming and sun whenever you like.  Children will also love exploring the tidal pools and jumping off the beach raft. Parkwood Beach is the perfect place for walking and very safe for bike riding.  It's an extremely family friendly place to visit.

Guests also have access to the tennis and pickleball courts, adding even more opportunities for fun and recreation. With reliable Wi-Fi, you can stay connected while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. We also have a Smart TV for setup onto your YouTube, Netflix, or other streaming services.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a group getaway, or a quiet retreat by the water, this home offers the perfect blend of vintage charm, comfort, and unbeatable location.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

CLEAN gas grill after each use otherwise cleaning crew will charge extra. There is grill cleaning spray underneath kitchen sink.

It would be extremely helpful if you could start a wash of all the used towels since they take the longest to dry.

Trash day is every Wednesday. Please pull trash barrels to curb by 7:00 am. Recycling is every other week. A schedule will be provided upon check in.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was perfect! Such a special place! You can’t beat the location, everything in the Cape is easily accessible and the neighborhood is a joy to spend time in. Our family was very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Lovely house with so much room. We enjoyed the beach toys and chairs they had. Pure relaxation. The kids loved the private park also! Outside space was very peaceful. If we come back to this side of the country we will definitely stay here again! Host was also quick to answer any questions.
