The villa 'Fantastic renovated villa annex' is located in Mijas Costa and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub), accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an extra fridge, air conditioning and floor heating in the living room and all bedrooms, a washing machine, and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.



The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open all hours, all year round), a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue. Free parking is available on the street right in front of the house. Pets are allowed upon request. Groups of young people are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Towels, pool/beach towels, and bed linen are included. The pool service man comes twice a week. The villa is ideal for families with children and is also a perfect retreat for families to relax and get together.

We greatly enjoyed the excellent view and our grandchilderen spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. The location is also a good starting point for nearby excursions to Mijas Pueblo, Marbella,Ronda etc. Going to the beach takes approx. 10 min. Summarized: The ultimate location for a wonderful holiday.

From the first contact with Benedicte I knew we would have a great family holiday, her Personnal touches made us feel at ease when booking our holiday. The villa was beautifully cleaned, fully equipt with everything you could need & the outside area was stunning with amazing views to the mijas mountains from one direction to the sea in the other. I would not only recommend this villa but also Benedicte as she reassured me the whole way as this was the first time I had booked a villa holiday. She always responded promptly. Fantastic holiday, fantastic villa & fantastic location. Would definitely return in the future, we were so sad to leave.

Pros: Perfect stay The hostess was a lovely lady who welcomed us on arrival. She gave us all the information we needed prior to the stay. The property itself was beautiful. 20 minute drive from malaga airport. 5 minute drive from the beach. Located in a quiet tranquil part of Fuengirola, felt secure and safe but not isolated. The kitchen was the focal point of the property. Catering for everything you could possibly need. From a orange juicer to a milk frother. Everything catered for, even my 2 year grand daughter had her own children's cutlery and plates. Every thing had been well thought out to accommodate the modern family. The pool area and outdoor bbq areas were another focal point which were cleverly designed to catch the sun at different times of the day. All in all a perfect property for a family who are looking for a home away from home . Dee Varia

Pros: After a search of the house (we had not read the roadmap properly) there was a warm welcome by Benedicte. The house in real is as the pictures on the website promise, inside and outside. Our son (17 yrs) loved the annex, even after he noticed that the wifi did not work there. We highly recommend this house, there is enough room for 8 people. The area of Costa Blanca was not what we expected, very touristy area and little authentic Spain. The beaches were overcrowded. But if you love to play golf it's a perfect area. Many high quality courses nearby! Benedicte and family, thanks for letting us rent your beautiful villa, we had a great time. Everyone who wants to stay in the area of Fuengirola please consider to rent this villa, you won't regret! Greetings from Amsterdam!

Pros: This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful villa in the fantastic area of mijas costa. The location is typically Spanish & very rustic. The villa is gorgeous with everything you could need & more. Benedicte is just such a wonderful person who is so accommodating & welcomes you as friends. Everything is so clean & fresh from the villa to its beautiful surroundings. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough & although we have been back twice we cannot wait to go again. It suits all ages (although does have a lot of hills) and great for children, we had two 9month olds in our family & as the villa is all on one level was perfect for them. It is only a 5 minute drive to feungerola where there is so much to see & walk - cars are essential even for the Lidl / Aldi shop! This villa totally lived up to our expectations & more....again! I would rate higher than 5 stars For everything if I could! A fantastic villa in a fantastic area made perfect made Benedicte & her family.

Skønt hus med dejligt udsigt

Dette er et super lækkert hus, og dejligt indrettet i modernet nordisk still. Pool og ude området er rigtigt dejligt indrettet med liggestole of parasoller. Der er en dejlig afskærmet terrasse, som blev brugt hver aften til lidt drinks og skinke. Ejeren Benedicte fulgte hurtigt op på vores booking, med information, og Carina tog godt i mod hus. Helt i top at der var vin, øl og vand i køleskabet til os - det giver en ekstra stjerne, hvis man kunne give 6 stjerner. Håber vi ved vores næste ferie i Malaga har mulighed for at bo her

Jättefina solsängar och utemöbler på flera ställen. Det danska paret Benedicte och Claus som äger villan var otroligt hjälpsamma och mycket trevliga. Fanns en välkomstbricka med snacks och dryck i kylen. En härlig utsikt över staden och havet. Tv med många nordiska kanaler! Vi är så supernöjda!

Indvendig er der heller ikke noget at klage over, gode værelser med gode senge og rigtige dyner og puder, ikke af den normale ringe hotel kvalitet, men som hjemme hos en selv. Benedite og Claus' villa i Mijas Costa var akkurat det vi var på utkikk etter da vi skulle på ferie.

Pros: Benedite og Claus' villa i Mijas Costa var akkurat det vi var på utkikk etter da vi skulle på ferie. Helt fra første kontakt på mail visste vi at vi hadde funnet riktige mennesker å leie hus fra. Huset var over all forventning, og vil manglet ingenting den uken vi var der. Bassenget hadde perfekt størrelse da vi hadde barn med ulike svømmekunnskaper med. Her kunne alle kose seg. Rolig og stille område på kvelden, men kun en rask tur i taxi ned til stranden hvor det er mer liv. Anbefaler denne villaen på det sterkeste, og vi vurderer sterkt å legge ferien tilbake hit.

Pros: Billeder og beskrivelser på internettet kan være taknemmelige, men denne her bolig levede mere end fuldt ud op til begge dele. Det var et fantastisk hus, smagfuldt og funktionelt indrettet. Kvaliteten af rengøringen af huset var helt i top. Der var rent overalt, om det så var opvaskemaskinen og skufferne var der skinnende rent. Alt fungerede 100%. Udenfor var der flere områder med mulighed for afslapning, spisning, solbadning, og de store parasoller af kraftig og god kvalitet, gjorde det aldrig besværligt at sørge for skygge. 2 gange om ugen blev pool tilset af professionel firma. Værtinde Benedicte Schmidt var yderst hjælpsom, og vi følte fra første kontakt os rigtig godt behandlet. En bolig vi med sikkerhed meget gerne vil leje igen. Det var en fantastisk uge.

Pros: Vi har haft en skøn ferie i Benedicte og Claus skønne skønne hus. Huset er bare perfekt og levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger, der var intet at sætte en finger på. Huset har en helt fantastisk terrasse hvor det er muligt at være sammen uanset om man ønsker sol eller skygge, hvilket er vigtigt i vores familie. Køkken/alrum/stue lå helt perfekt med udsigt til poolen, og man kan se havet henover byen når man står og laver mad eller sidder på den dejlige terrasse. At der er gasgrill er for os bare super, nemt og hurtigt at grille så der kan hygges om maden når den er lavet. Vi kan kun give vores varmeste anbefaling af huset, herudover kan vi tilføje at Benedicte er SÅ sød og imødekommende og let at få fat på, hun svarer med det samme på alle henvendelser, og vi har været trygge ved at leje huset fra første kontakt, ALT har været som aftalt.

Fandt på nettet den skønneste villa, som så ud til at indfri alle mine forventninger - og det skal jeg love for den gjorde! Billederne overdrev ikke - tværtimod! Ruminddelingen og fællesområderne gjorde det muligt for os at være sammen og hver for sig i løbet af ugen, så alle følte, de virkelig holdt ferie. Alt fungerede perfekt - og med venlig bistand fra Benedicte og Claus blev der endda bestilt bord, så selve min festdag kunne afholdes i de mest charmerende omgivelser oppe på bjerget! Tak for et helt vidunderligt ophold - vi kommer meget gerne tilbage!
