Large holiday home in Altwarp on the Szczecin Lagoon, available for rent for the first time following a 2022 renovation, with a view of the Szczecin Lagoon from the upper floor. The total living area is approximately 140 m² and is designed to accommodate 6 people.
The property features 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 large kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, and 1 outdoor terrace with patio furniture and a grill, accessible from the living area. There are 2 parking spaces directly next to the house.
A high chair and a portable cot are also provided in the property.
The beach is a maximum of 5 minutes’ walk away, as is the harbour, from where you can take a fishing boat to Neuwarp, Poland.
There’s also a small supermarket in town, as well as two restaurants serving regional seafood cuisine.
All utilities are included in the rental price, and bed linens and towels are also provided.

Rundum ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Frau Rückmann sorgte für eine absolute Wohlfühl -Atmosphäre.

Wer die Ruhe liebt,ist hier genau richtig. Man kann Wandern,Baden ,Radfahren und Entspannen. Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt,so dass wir auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Familie Ludwig
