Schöne Unterkunft - ruhiger Ort

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Meerblick am Rande einer Bananenplantage über 3 Etagen. Strand 5 min weg. Wichtig: Pool ist unbeheizt und schattig. Etwas hellhörig alles. In Summe aber gerne wieder!

Great Apartment

The apartment was great to stay in, close to the beach and restaurants with nice views from the roof top balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Callao Salvaje

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im kleinen Örtchen Callao Salvaje. Sie erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke (Obergeschoss: Dachterrasse; mittleres Geschoss: Wohn-/Essbereich, Küche, WC; Untergeschoss: zwei Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer). Die Aussicht auf das Meer (aus alles drei Etagen) ist wunderschön, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurantalternativen im Ort sind vielfältig. Da sich das Objekt an einer Stichstraße befindet hat man zwar keinen Durchgangsverkehr aber die Lage am Hang führt leider trotzdem zu erhöhter Lautstärke durch beschleunigende, vorbeifahrende Autos. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die private Dachterrasse die gute Möglichkeit zum Sonnen bietet. Die Übergabe der Wohnung durch Uwe war super freundlich und angenehm! Der Zustand der Wohnung war einwandfrei.

Super Appartement.

Tolle Wohnung auf drei Etagen mit Dachterrasse. Sauber, ruhig, direkter Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, ordentlich und sehr sauber

Der Vermieterkontakt war klasse. Alles fanden wir so vor wie beschrieben. Es gab genügend Schlafplätze und das Mobiliar war neuwertig. Einzig die Dusche und die Toiletten dürften demnächst mal renoviert werden.
