Beach (lawn) approx. 500 m away; fishing spot approx. 300 m away. Free parking available at the edge of the holiday homes. Access to the individual homes is via sturdy wooden walkways; direct access to the water from the walkway is possible via a swimming ladder. In Oostmahorn: a wide grassy beach, a children’s playground, and a tour boat offering boat tours. A network of marked bike trails starts right in town. Good opportunities for walking and hiking. In Anjum (3 km away), you’ll find pony rides, a supermarket, a bakery, a café, and a butcher shop. There’s an indoor swimming pool in the charming little town of Dokkum, 14 km away. An amusement park in Leek (30 km) and a seal sanctuary in Pieterburen (25 km). From Lauwersoog (6 km away), day trips to the island of Schirmonnikoog.
