Mosquito screens (except balcony door) Living room African/Cuban style (dining table with 6 chairs; shelves with decorations, Book library and games; laminate flooring and high-floor carpet) 3x Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, sound bar, Blue Ray player, electric fireplace. Bedroom 1: 2 x 2 m bed, wardrobe, baby bed + TV. Bedroom 1 box spring bed for 2 people + sofa bed, TV. Wardrobe and shelves. Bathroom: bathroom furniture with bathtub; toilet; laundry basket; towels. There is a newly built pool on the property (usable from mid-May to September). usable from May to the beginning of October) and a smoker. Total number of guests max. 4 people.
