✔ Check-In / Check-Out
Self check-in and check-out details will be sent to your inbox prior to arrival.
✔ Pool Access (Important)
* Pool use is free for up to 3 guests (including children aged 2 and below).
* Additional swimmers are charged PHP 500 per person, with a maximum of 6 swimmers total.
* Pool is available Tuesday to Friday only and closed on Mondays for cleaning.
* No pool access on weekends and holidays.
* Please message us in advance if you plan to use the pool and send the names and ages of all guests who will swimso we can request your permit.
✔ Towels
Towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Please return all towels upon checkout and kindly do not use them as floor mats to avoid extra charges.
✔ Mid-stay Cleaning (Upon Request)
Includes fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. Available upon request.
✔ Parking
Paid basement parking is available at the building, with additional options nearby at Uptown Mall, Uptown Parade, and Mitsukoshi Mall.
If parking at One Uptown Residences, please inform security that you are the guest and present the email with your name for verification.
✔ Elevator Notice
There may be elevator delays during peak check-in hours, but it operates smoothly during regular times.

Other things to remember

✔ Check-In Rules for Groups Over 6 Adults
* For bookings with more than 6 adults, please submit the full names and valid ID copies of the 2 additional adults before arrival.
* The 2 additional guests must check in separately from the main group.
* Do not inform the concierge that your group exceeds 6 adults to avoid check-in issues.
* For 8 adults, check-in cannot be completed simultaneously, but all guests will be accommodated with proper coordination.
* Our staff will call you prior to arrival to provide detailed check-in instructions.
✔ RFID Deposit:
A PHP 1,000 refundable deposit is required upon check-in for the elevator RFID card. The deposit will be refunded once the card is returned to reception.
