Yet the property is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village of Klobenstein. It is near the Rittner Erdpyramiden, public transport (Rittner Schmalspurbahn - bus stop), a speed skating rink (10-minute walk away), and the skiing and hiking area Rittner Horn - Almlandschaft (4km away). An outdoor swimming pool and a bathing lake are also nearby. Guests can fish from May to November at the property's lake. Ritten Card is offered by the property for free (public transportation for free, free entry to more than 80 museums and more.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund in herrlicher Umgebung.

Pros: Engagierte freundliche Vermieterin. Brötchenservice. Wohnliche Räume. Außerordentlicher Blick über Lengmoos auf die Dolomitengipfel. Spielmöglichkeiten und Erlebnis zahlreicher Hoftiere für Kinder. Schöne Spazierwege direkt vom Haus aus. Bahnhof zur Schmalspurbahn Richtung Oberbozen und Ortskern gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Freud-Promenade auf dem Ritten verbindet herrliche Ausblicke und Texte von Sigmund Freud. Cons: Kleiner Balkon mit hoher Brüstung, dem Denkmalschutz in dem Gebäude aus dem 13. Jahrhundert geschuldet.
