Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Appartement - Lage & Parkplatz super, nur ein Bäcker fehlt in der Nähe. Etwas neuere Ausstattung in der Küche wäre toll. Sauberkeit nicht so gut, hatten aber vor uns auch einen Mieter*In, der Probleme gemacht hat mit der pünktlichen Schlüsselrückgabe.

Nettes Apartment

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend. Natürlich entsprachen die Fotos aus der Anzeige nicht 1:1 der Realität, vermutlich da die Fotos älter sind. Ich machs einfach: Pro: + Lage 2min zu Fuß vom Strand, 3min Auto zu Lebensmittelmärkten + Ruhig + Nachbarschaft + Super einfache Schlüsselübergabe Negativ: - Der Staubsauger ist eine Frechheit (saugt 1 Brotkrümel/Min) - Fenster am Bett nicht wirklich Kippbar, da es sich dreht - Keine Spülmaschine - Wascharmaturen bedürftig, wackelig und zu viel Druck, Wasser spritzt oft herum Bei Ankunft einige Haare auf dem Bett, was meiner Meinung nach gar nicht geht. Würde dem Apartment insgesamt eine 7/10 geben, die Inneneinrichtung gehört dringend überarbeitet.

Süßes Appartement in super Lage

Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und befindet sich in einem Appartementhaus, das schätzungsweise aus den 70er Jahren stammt. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung und das Bett sehr bequem, mit mittelweichem Topper. Der Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört, befindet sich hinterm Haus und ist von der Straße aus nicht sichtbar, was Fremdparken ausschließen dürfte. Von der Ferienwohnung aus ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten auf der Strandpromenade und auf der Fußgängerzone. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Man muss aber schon sagen, dass das Appartement etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und dafür nicht ganz günstig ist. Dennoch würden wir es weiter empfehlen.
