Ruhe und Erholung gesucht - Abrissarbeiten gefunden

Es wäre zu empfehlen, das Geschirr zu kontrollieren, welches die Gäste selber spülen sollen. Super ist, das die Wäsche hygienisch frisch von der Wäscherei kommt. Jetzt das nicht so schöne. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr auf das lange (notwendige) ruhige Wochenende gefreut. Leider haben wir dieses aber nicht bekommen. Donnerstag angereist und Freitag morgen ging es dann direkt unter uns (im gleichen Gebäude) mit Abrissarbeiten los, welche an diesem Tag und auch am nächsten bis Abends andauerten. Das permanente Dröhnen, ließ den Boden, das Bett und alle anderen Möbel (und uns gleich mit) vibrieren. Angeblich war dies nicht bekannt, aber solche Arbeiten müssen der Hausgemeinschaft im Vorhinein mitgeteilt werden. Da wir uns direkt Freitag gemeldet haben, gab es Final eine Erstattung, welche nach "Frankfurter Tabelle" berechnet wurde. Die fehlende Ruhe und Erhohlung kann man allerdings nicht mit 55,- EUR abgelten. Lieber wäre mir eine ruhige Ersatzwohnung gewesen.

Schöne an der Promenade gelegene Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Badezimmer schon etas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktional. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants,Bars und Cafes.

Ostsee –Urlaub

Appartement –sehr gute Lage,Schlafzimmer und Sitz Möglichkeiten sind auch gut.Blick zum Meer ist auch gut(Fenster war schmutzig),Kitchen ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.Aber allgemein hat es uns gut gefallen.Promenade ist gut,wird viel angeboten,Hafen gut gefüllt,gibt viele Ausflügziele.
