Quiet location
The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for traveling by train!
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. In about 150 meters there is already a first piece of forest (nature reserve) which invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60 wide) and a wardrobe and two dressers. In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide) serves as a sleeping facility. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the balcony with seating. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with Blu-Ray player in the living room invites to exciting movie nights. Another LED TV with DVD player is in the bedroom. Wifi access and a stereo system with Bluetooth function are also part of the entertainment.

45 m² are optimally used with individual and cozy furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.
Parking & bicycles
So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is an underground parking space for your car directly under the house with direct access to the house and elevator. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the bicycle cellar. A handcart is available for guests for a cozy picnic or a beach trip.

Also diese Ferienwohnung ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Schlafzimmer war dreckig, es lagen Haare auf dem bett. Es war ziemlich staubig. Sämtliche Gläser lagen dreckig im Schrank. Zudem befindet sich die wohnung im 3.Stock und nicht wie beschrieben im 2.Stock. Und die Lage ist auch nicht so gut. Man muss schon ein Stückchen laufen bis zum Strand. 15-20 min haben wir bei normalen Tempo gebraucht bis zum Strand. All die Ferienwohnungen die wir ausprobiert haben war diese von allen die dreckigste. Für das Geld was wir gezahlt haben war das schon eine Frechheit.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ruhige Lage abseits vom touristischen Trubel, dennoch zentral genug um fußläufig zum Strand zu gehen - optimal mit unserem Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderbar entspannt.

Immer wieder gern

Zum 4.Mal in Timmendorf und zum 2.Mal in dieser Wohnung. Auch dieses Jahr haben wir einen schönen, entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub mit unserer englischen Bulldogge erlebt. Die Wohnung sauber, der Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar, viele Unternehmungen möglich und die Leute sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder.

Schönes helles und sauberes Apartment

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage hier. Die Kommunikation und der Service waren wirklich super, absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es war alles da was man benötigt! Die Lage war okay, wir würden beim nächsten Mal doch noch näher am Wasser buchen :) Also alles super, vielen Dank!

Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Realität. Wir hatten auch tolles Wetter,also ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Auch fürs Kind gibt es sehr viel Spielmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung. Einziger Punkt ist,dass es kein Geschirrtuch vor Ort gab,wie es eigentlich im Inserat aufgeführt war. Liebe Grüße Kathrin

Nicht für Veganer geeignet

Nebenan ist Wilhelm Brandenburg, sobald man das Fenster öffnet riecht es nach Salami, nicht so schön wenn man Vegetarier ist. Vor uns war ein weißer plüschiger Hund da, die Haare waren noch überall verteilt und es gab keinen Besen oder Staubsauger um das Problem selbst lösen zu können .

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir sind mit Kindern und Hund angereist und waren sehr zufrieden. Schlüsselübergabe läuft super ab, im Appartement ist alles was man braucht. Lage ist perfekt - fußläufig zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Einfach und gut

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Lage, was uns vorab jedoch klar war. Alles in allem definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!

Superurlaub

2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und eine französische Bulldogge - so sind wir angereist. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos. Es war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die eine Woche verging wie im Flug und wir sind gut erholt wieder zu Hause angekommen. Der einzige negative Punkt wäre die Tiefgarage, wir reisten mit einem T6 an, und da musste man zwecks Höhe und Enge zum Teil sehr rangieren.
