We completely modernised and refurnished the house in 2017. During the renovation, great emphasis was placed on using natural building materials to ensure a healthy indoor environment. Natural wood and clay plaster define the overall look of the spacious rooms.
The solidly built house with thick exterior walls stays pleasantly cool on the ground floor, even on hot summer days. With its garden, it’s the perfect place to relax on the sunny terrace or in the shade of the trees after an outing.

The entire ground floor of the house and the entire garden with terrace are available for use. The upper floor is unoccupied during the holiday season.

The house is located in a quiet and green residential area with mature trees. From here, you can explore the immediate surroundings with their lakes and nature parks or take city tours in Berlin.

The town offers all the usual shopping options, several restaurants, large playgrounds, ice cream parlours, and a beer garden.

The small town of Strausberg, with its Straussee lake, is always worth a visit.

Within walking distance of the house, you can take the S5 from the Petershagen S-Bahn station directly to the centre of Berlin without changing trains:
Friedrichshain, Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt, the main train station with the government district, and Bahnhof Zoo.


The drive to city centre Berlin takes 45 minutes outside of rush hour. It’s a bit faster to get to Friedrichshain.

From the house, you can set out on great bike rides to nearby lakes and scenic areas:
Bötzsee, Stienitzsee, Märkische Schweiz, and Buckow are just a few examples.

There is a garage on the property where you can park your vehicle. Additional free parking spaces are available in front of the house, and there’s even room for large vehicles or vehicles with caravans right next to the house.
