Welcome home! Just 2 miles from Notre Dame, situated in a peaceful, leafy setting, this spacious 3900 sq ft house offers the best of both worlds.

Perfect for groups or large families. With two full kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms, two fireplaces and a game room, it is close enough to the excitement and rowdy crowds of a game weekend yet situated on secluded 1 acre lot with the relaxing sound of a small creek waterfall nearby.

Football game weekend prices vary ranging from $1700 to $3500 a night depending on the visiting team.

The main floor offers a spacious living room with fireplace, formal dining room, kitchen with sitting area and second fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath and laundry.

Downstairs offers one small bedroom, one bunk bed room, full bath, full kitchen, dining room, large family room with three TVs, and large game room.

Ample parking is available on the driveway and street.

Hostess is available for advice on how to get the most out of a football game weekend at Notre Dame. She will give you a schedule of pre game activities as well as advice on parking, avoiding traffic jams and tailgating information.

I am a parent of a Notre Dame sophomore. I enjoy extending hospitality to visiting guests, and Notre Dame fans. I want to make sure their stay at Notre Dame is very memorable.

I have lived all over the world and have decorated my home with things I have picked up living in various countries. The downstairs game room especially, themed "Countries of the World" has posters of places we have lived.

Why they chose this property

Ours is a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet close to Notre Dame, the South Bend Airport and many eateries like Starbucks, Culvers, Cheers and Weiss Gasthaus German restaurant. Grocery stores like Aldi and Meijer are close by.

Out the window it is common to see deer, geese, and ducks.
Juday Creek often has fish, particularly salmon in it.

What makes this property unique

Our spacious 3940 sq ft place differs from other Notre Dame rentals in that we have many rooms for groups to hang out and visit with each other. The main floor living room with fireplace overlooking the back yard and creek, downstairs family room with 3 TVs and an electric fireplace and a large dining table to set out snacks. There are also additional two separate dining rooms, two full kitchens, a large sitting area in the upstairs kitchen with a fireplace, and a large game room with ping pong, foosball, sticky ball dart board and Pop-A-Shot Indoor basketball.

Outside there is a large patio overlooking the backyard and creek. The side lot has ample space for outdoor sports like football, badminton, volleyball and soccer.
