Foi uma ótima estadia, a proprietária Karla é muito acessível, nos deu todo suporte necessário.Os porteiros muito solícitos também.O apartamento estava extremamente cheiroso e limpo, é super funcional, tem utensílios de cozinha completos. É muito próximo à praia, tem tudo ao redor, bares, farmácias e restaurantes. Minha família amou, se tivermos outra oportunidade voltaremos a nos hospedar com certeza!!!

A localização é maravilhosa !!! A receptividade da Karla e boa vontade com nossas dúvidas foi sensacional. o ape atendeu bem a nosso grupo pequeno de 3 adultos e 2 crianças . Utilizamos mais para dormir mesmo , não cozinhamos então não sei opinar sobre os utensílios e demais comodidades . O quarto de casal é bem pequeno e poderia melhorar um pouco o ventilador , o quarto triplo já é mais confortável .

Localização maravilhosa

O apartamento tem uma infraestrutura muito boa, sala grande, cozinha bem equipada, 2 banheiros completos, ventiladores, televisão... As dificuldades são as mesmas relatadas aqui em outras avaliações (já fomos cientes) de que o 2º quarto é muito pequeno, no nosso caso preferimos tirar o colchão da cama e dormir na sala mais arejada, a porta da geladeira que não é funcional também e um detalhe que sentimos falta e poderia ter são xícaras pra tomar café, mas isso é só um detalhe. A estrutura do prédio é muito boa com elevador, vaga de garagem, porteiros 24h e todos muito solícitos. O proprietário também foi ágil em me responder e sanar todas as dúvidas. E o melhor desse apartamento é a localização, exatamente no "point" da praia do Forte, 2min da praia e perto de bares, restaurantes, sorveteria...

Apto desconfortável

O anfitrião não se preocupa com o conforto dos inquilinos, quarto 2 não tem janela e não cabe uma pessoa de 1.85m, muito pequeno e abafado. Sofá cama e muito ruim, muito velho e cheio de ripas de madeira, impossível ultilizar como cama. A geladeira é difícil de abrir pq a porta está colada na parede e não came a mão pra puxar a porta. Acho que o anfitrião nunca dormiu no apto, caso contrário teria virado a porta da geladeira e pelo menos reformado o sofá cama. Unica coisa que salvou foi a localização. Nem a tv funciona direito, o canais ficam caindo a todo momento. Não fico lá nunca mais. Fui embora um dia antes do previsto por causa da falta de conforto.
