The historic Bad Gottleuba train station building has been lovingly restored and renovated. Parking is available on-site. The nearest supermarket (EDEKA), which includes a bakery and butcher shop, is 150 metres away. Our guests can ride the small park train through the park for free.
Adjacent to the former train station grounds is a park with a children’s playground and a pond. There is a ping-pong table on our property. Right in front of the kitchen with the TV is a barbecue area with a pavilion, where you can also eat when the weather is nice.
You will receive the “Gästekarte Mobil” upon arrival. With this card, you can use public transport in the Saxon Switzerland region free of charge. For this, we need your names and the ages of your children. The visitor’s tax is €2.80 per day for adults and €1.40 for students over 16 years of age. Children 16 and under are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
Historic train car, 2 sleeping compartments:
A historic train car is located on the grounds of the Old Train Station, offering a unique way to spend the night. The car consists of two separate sleeping compartments, each with a double bed. A fifth sleeping option is available in one compartment on a single bed. Both compartments, which are connected by a passageway door, also feature seating areas with historic train seating sets.
In the annex—right next to the railcar—you’ll find a shower, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a kitchenette, TV, and dining area.
You can wind down your day in a pavilion in the outdoor area, complete with garden furniture.
