Terraced house "Villa Caterina", 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Fiorini 8 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (15 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 2.4 km, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner is at guests' disposal for pool cleaning and property maintenance. Private: outdoor kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge). Organizing a party is not allowed. Swimming pool heated (extra).

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und sauber. Geschirr gibt es im Haus aber auch am Pool in der Outdoorküche. Vermieterin sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Wir waren mit Freunden und Hund und waren bestimmt nich das letzte mal da .

Traumhaft!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in der zauberhaften Villa Caterina. Es war alles vorhanden, alles tip top sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Liegt etwas abgelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig, dennoch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für (Halb-)Tagestouren zu den schönsten Orten. Die kleinen Terrassen und der Pool sind perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr schönes Haus

Es war alles wunderbar, im Haus ist alles blitzeblank und neu. Ich kann es zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Man sollte nur kein Problem mit Treppen steigen haben, da das Haus mehrere Ebenen hat. Komme definitiv wieder. Danke an Catharina
