The Space:

A spectacular oceanfront setting awaits at this multi-level townhome in Ocean City, where you can spend your days swimming, boogie boarding, and collecting seashells on the sand. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is full of small comforts, from the central air conditioning and free WiFi to the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. There are also multiple levels of deck space outside, where you can take in commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean all day long. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect location for a family getaway!

From beginning to end, it was a seemless process! It was the perfect property for our family vacation. Everyone had their own space, without issue; as well, we had family spaces, too. Even when the weather wasn't great, this property served as a true family vacation space. Clean, roomy, and had just about everything you could need! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here with my parents, my sisters family of three and our family of 3. There was plenty of privacy for all of us. Great table for games and dinner. Location can’t be beat. Steps to the beach.
