This charming and convenient condo is decorated in a lovely beach theme, with everything you need to feel at home. You'll have a full-size washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. You'll love watching the boats on the bay or taking in views of a beautiful summer sunset from your large deck.

$100.00 launch fee per week for use of on-site boat ramp.

Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
