It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Stayed here for a quick weekend trip to OC and had so much fun! Easy walk to the beach and the pool on site was a plus! Within walking distance to many different yummy restaurants! Just add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit and replace the superrrrr squeaky bed for a perfect 5 stars!!

Great location. Very clean. Could see the beach & bay from the balcony. Steps from the beach. Walking distance to saltwater 75, fagers island, King Kone, etc. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again.

Good location, views good, but tight space-wise

The unit is nice enough, clean and well appointed. It is narrow and there is little closet space but it has a nice little kitchen and good one-and-a-half bathrooms. Views of both the beach and the bay, it also is close to the beach and some good restaurants.
