Our small, charming chalet in the heart of the Schladming/Dachstein tourist region is the perfect place to relax.

The Aicher Badesee, which you can visit for free—along with numerous other attractions—with the included Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card, is located right next to our chalet.

Equipped with 3 bedrooms, each featuring a large double bed—2 of which also have a cosy sleeper sofa—2 bathrooms with showers, 2 toilets, and a cosy kitchen, this chalet leaves nothing to be desired.
There’s also a washing machine in the house that you can use at any time.
There’s also a large storage room for your bikes, skis, etc. Thanks to our ski boot dryer, you’ll start every morning with warm feet as you head out for a day of skiing.
The holiday home was completely renovated in 2019.
The highlight: our garden sauna for up to 6 people.

The ski bus stops just 50 m from the house and takes you comfortably and directly to the major ski mountains of the 4-Mountain Ski Area—Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm. After an exciting day of skiing, treat yourself to a special treat at one of the restaurants just a few metres away.

Of course, our region offers unlimited possibilities—and not just for skiers. There’s something for everyone here: whether your daily plans include walks through pristine nature and snow-covered forests, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski mountaineering, or backcountry adventures—or simply a relaxing day of rest.

There’s a horse farm right in the area.

Our newly renovated chalet by the recreational lake in Aich offers 100 m² of space for up to 6 people. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom for 2 people, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs are two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is due via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Maximum 8 people. Local tax per person (children under 15 free): €2.50/night. Final cleaning: €190 is included in the total price. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. A cot can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The remaining balance is due 1 day before arrival. The remaining balance is payable by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
