Cozy vacation apartment (50 m²) for up to 4 people with free Wi-Fi

The holiday rental, with 50 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 1–4 people (four single beds and an optional cot). The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee pod machine, toaster, and electric kettle, has everything you could need. It also includes a dining area for 4 people and an optional high chair. The holiday rental has 2 bedrooms (one of which features a smart TV with satellite TV and all popular streaming apps, such as Netflix and YouTube). A cot can also be provided upon request. The small bathroom, featuring a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet, has been renovated and is modernly furnished. Access to the apartment is via a digital lock system, making keys a thing of the past. You can open both the door to the stairwell and the door to the apartment using a numeric code generated specifically for you, which automatically deletes itself after your stay. This allows all guests to leave and re-enter the apartment independently of one another. Once payment is received, you will receive your access code via WhatsApp or email, depending on your preference. Furthermore, this means you are not dependant on our presence on-site and can arrive at any time without time constraints and check in immediately. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and a lockable garage (by prior arrangement only) in front of the house free of charge. Perfect location: 4 minutes’ walk to the train station; 2 minutes’ walk to the discount store; 3 minutes’ walk to the supermarket; 7-minute walk to the picturesque, historic old town; Europcar car hire located right in the building. Numerous restaurants, as well as cycling and hiking trails, are in the immediate vicinity. Payment of the total amount is due upon making a binding reservation. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or via PayPal. You can also check in to the apartment at any time of day or night. Thanks to the digital code system, this can be done key-free. Check-in from 2:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Meals: Self-catering. Key handover is done digitally. You will receive a temporary code for the duration of your stay. There are 2 garages available for our 3 apartments. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use a garage during your stay.
