Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers a great vacation space of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi. Loft is accessed by spiral staircase. It also includes recent upgrades for added comfort, including a brand-new HVAC system to keep the home perfectly comfortable year-round and a reverse osmosis water filtration system providing guests with clean, high-quality drinking water during their stay.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
