There's room for the whole family in this spacious two-story 4-bedroom (and loft), 3.5-bath Sea Colony Tennis Community townhome (near the Aquatic Center)! With a rear screened porch and front patio, this resort retreat's main level features a living and dining area, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, half bathroom and a master suite. The top floor is home to the open loft, a full bathroom (shared by bedrooms 3 and 4) and the remaining three bedrooms, including the second master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 6 TVs, 4 DVDs, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, Wifi. Plus, two bicycles and a boogie board in the garage (courtesy items not guaranteed). Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in the bedrooms, with wood flooring in the living and dining areas. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Great location and amenities!

This is a wonderful house to enjoy with family and/or friends. The close proximity to the SC Aquatics Center and Fitness Center, the bikes and the ample bedding and kitchen utensils are added bonuses.

A memorable and fun experience

Our group of 8 had a fantastic experience staying at Sea Colony! We love the easy access to the beach and pools by tram. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. The veranda, bikes, boogie boards and sandcastle building toys were much appreciated! Wished the grill was left in a little better shape for us to use though.

Great home with a great location in Sea Colony! Right near the aquatic center, fitness center and two tram stops. It was wonderful to have access to 4 bikes while we were visiting; so easy to get around the community and get to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We traveled with 7 and everyone had a great time and enjoyed our home away from home. They had games, books and puzzles available to borrow as well! Had a great week at Sea Colony.
