Nice house with a lot of space and close to the beach
The house had plenty of space for five of us. We really enjoyed the access to the Rail Trail from the backyard. Quiet neighborhood and close to multiple beaches and restaurants.
I stayed here with two colleagues while we were working on the Cape. We had plenty of space. The deck was great. The backyard access to the rail trail was bonus!

Great house for large groups
The house worked well for a group with several couples, with each bedroom providing privacy. The living and dining rooms had lots of hanging out space. There were plenty of bikes and beach chairs in the garage, the deck was very nice and the access to the rail trail was great!

Lovely spacious 4 BR home in convenient location.
We loved the large kitchen, and spacious living room. Our granddaughter (5) appreciated the scooter and “ treasure chest” of toys. The house is close to bike paths and national beaches, which are free after Labor Day. There is a wide variety of restaurants nearby, which serve the well-known Wellfleet oysters.
Clean, huge, and well stocked rental in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Very comfortable for our group of 6. Check out was confusing but rental company helped out.

Super Clean property at a good location. House was big enough for 3 families. Beach nearby. We had great time. I wish the outside deck and backyard were little more clean with grass trimmed. Overall great experience, will come back and will request to clean the deck before check-in :)

It worked for what we needed
For the investment; this house was a disappointment. But we didn't let it ruin our trip. We made the best of it. And loved the location, which was the most important part for us.

This was a great find for a girls trip weekend. Plenty of room in the bedrooms/bathrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. It wasn't a big deal for us, but there was no TV in the living room or two of the bedrooms. It didn't affect us as we were socializing but we did notice.

Great location for cyclists, we were 9 who were on the Cape to enjoy the many bike trails. We also found several non-biking delights very nearby—the gorgeous Maine Audubon Wellfleet Wildlife Sanctuary, a 3/4 mile walk; and Sunken Meadow Beach, a very short drive for an after dinner sunset. The Pearl in Wellfleet was good food and jolly ambience for our one dinner out. As for the house itself, it was spacious, gracious, and comfortable, and the large and well-equpped kitchen, and large dining table, provided us a super opportunity to make some delicious meals to share.

The house wad spacious and had good/sized bedrooms . The living room BADLY needs reading lamps! The kitchen is fairly well-equipped but instructions were difficult to find. The clothes washer had a problem and a repair person had to be called.
The location near the rail-trail was great.
L.R. Needs more seating,

This well loved home is easily accessible and close to beaches and great places to eat. My husband, our daughter and our two grandchildren (aged 2 & 4) stayed for five nights. The home is large with separate areas for privacy and plenty of room for play. There are two large rooms with king beds and two other rooms that share a bathroom. The beds we used were very comfortable. There is a nice washer and dryer available which was very helpful with small children. The house is well supplied with plenty of glassware, utensils, plates, bowls and storage containers. The kitchen boasts a wonderful Elextrolux stovetop, an Elextrolux dishwasher, a Cuisinart food processor, a Nespresso French coffee press, and a Cuisinart Coffee maker. Plenty of room to cook and still enjoy the company of guests in the open kitchen/dining room/living room. The glass slider opens to a very large deck that is enclosed by gates. This was very helpful with having a two-year-old! The yard is large and totally fenced in, again, great if traveling with small children. We really enjoyed the quick access to the bike trail. The yard is beautifully designed with potted herbs in the front of the house and raised gardens in the back. Would love to see it in full bloom! The house if filled with many games and toys for all ages. We enjoyed making some of the many puzzles and the children enjoyed the toys. The house was very clean and we did not have any problems getting to or entering the house. We did not have any problems except learning how to use the stove. I found all the instruction booklets for all the appliances on our last day. My suggestion is to look through all the cabinets and drawers to see all the amazing things the kitchen has to offer.
