The primary suite has a stunning en-suite bath that includes a glass walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a soaker tub. The primary suite also has a private deck for your own personal view of the ocean. The game room boasts finished wood floors, a large-screen TV, a beautiful slate pool table, comfy seating, and a half bath to service the game room and pool area. The owners of this 4,000-square-foot, semi-oceanfront beauty have continually made improvements, upgrades, and changes to enhance your vacation experience. The owners are proud to share their slice of Sandbridge paradise with you. The house's other features include a private pool and a massive, second-floor, wrap-around sun deck both with lots of deck furniture. There is a fabulous party gazebo located poolside that offers its own refrigerator and plenty of bar stools for those who want a break from the sun. Enjoy cooking up some barbecue with the grill located next to the gazebo and hot tub. Is the ocean calling you? Convenient beach access is located right across the street.

If we had known the pool was not opened yet we would have chose a different house. We were surrounded by open pools except ours. The hot tub was serviced DURING our 3 night stay, which was inconvenient. The fire place in living room was lovely but was for looks only which was also disappointing. The biggest issue with this place were that the listing does not say anything about cameras or security and there were two cameras inside the home. Our guests felt super uncomfortable because we had children with us. This was a huge violation of privacy. Would have booked a different house if we had known. The welcome email should have told us the pool was still closed. Contacted the number listed and was told someone would call me back and no one ever did. Very disappointing for the amount of money spent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is spacious, comfortable, and well equiped. The pool and hot tub were clean and very usable. My only (minor) complaint is that in a home of this quality the towels should be more than basic.

Absolutely beautiful Beach Home

This was our first time renting a beach house, and were absolutely floored by the appearance, condition and location to the beach! The home had so many amenities - particularly in the kitchen, pool and 'toy shed'. Multiple full-size refrigerators, large ice machine, and accommodations for large groups of people. We will absolutely stay here again if available! Thank you for a memorable family reunion beach vacation!

Beautiful beach community. Very little commercial and only one condo complex so never crowded. Just five miles away any type of shopping venue as available.

Overall, we had a great stay. There were a few things that could have used some attention, but overall the house was just as described and it was a very enjoyable stay. The outside area was our favorite part. As well as the proximity to the beach.

We loved the pool , hot tub and the cabana bar the inside of the house was very beautiful we all would stay there again. I would have given a 5 star rating but the cleaning could have been alot better

Sandbridge was a quiet, quaint, perfect family vacation spot

The house was amazing!!! Plenty of room for our big extended growing family. Extremely well stocked, two ovens, two dishwashers and four refrigerators!! Wow!! The pole and hot tub were perfect for the afternoons after going to the beach and especially if it was not a beach day due to weather. We loved that the pool/hot tub was fenced in very well separate from the house, so that the younger grandchildren couldn’t get in there. FYI ~ for future guests there are 6 bikes there (4 adult and 2 children’s). We loved every minute and would definitely stay again!!!

Great family beach house

Eight adults and 7 children aged 6 to 18 had a great week at Lacado Brista! There is plenty of space for everyone to gather or to have their own private space if needed. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach(although it does not have waterview) and the pool area with a hot tub, gazebo bar and refrigerator. It also helped that we had PERFECT weather all week after the area was hit with a tropical storm the week before.

Spacious home

We rent vacation homes a lot for family vacations and this is one of the best ones I have rented!! My favorite part was that every bedroom had its own bathroom which is a big plus when traveling with a big group with kids. Location was perfect right across from the beach. House was clean and had lots of kitchen gadgets and utensils. The sunrise and sunset were breathtaking from the patio. We will definitely have to rent again during the warmer season to enjoy the pool area.

2022 Family Beach Vacation

We've been going to Sandbridge for the last 3 years and this is by far our favorite house. It provided lots of space for our large group. In addition, the pool and cabana were in great shape. We've had places that advertise a cabana and it was unusable. We spent much of our time each day here.

Great place but….

The property was beautiful and comfortable. However, the bedroom in basement was misleading. The bunk beds were in a dark space with just a1/2 bathroom no shower. There kitchen was well appointed but we found one of the cabinet kitchen doors was broken. Otherwise being so close to the ocean was perfect.

Phenomenal Family Fun

This house was as close to the beach as could be without actually being on the beach! We had two families meeting for the first time. There was plenty of space for gathering and finding solitude, even on a rainy day. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked with dishes, silverwear, appliances and basic spices. The pool was a hit with the kids, especially as there was a beach warning while we were there. We knew to bring our own beach towels from the check-in details and had family nearby for extra dishwashing tabs and garbage. We would definitely stay here again!
