Such an enjoyable cabin for our girls weekend! There were a lot of Asian beetles in the basement that need to be sprayed for and the top bunk was hard to get up into. The bunk room would benefit from 2 full or queen beds instead. We will stay again, we had a great time!

Great family place

Cozy, room and clean Vacasa website was not user friendly and hard to get a hold of someone, but home itself was super.

Magnificent property!

We came to have a 75th birthday party for my mother. Family lives near by and it was the perfect place for the family to hang out and play outside or inside with plenty of room. Beautiful house!

I was disappointed as I should have reviewed the ‘see more’ details but I glanced over them. I learned when we arrived that we had to provide our own streaming service. I did read that after host pointed it out but I would say I had to go into the ‘see more’ tab on VRBO site and it was the last sentence. I did review in detail the property amenities and it stated WiFi and TV was provided. I hate to say I assumed that TV meant television we had tv service. We couldn’t even get local tv stations over the an antenna. I would hate to think if bad weather was going on and someone needed to keep up with weather hazards. I contacted the host and they pointed that out but offered no resolution. The local representative sent me a text of some webpage that must have been something different than VRBO as that one had cable with a line through it but it was from a different website so they quickly sent me the section under the VRBO site. At the end of the day, 3 couples came up for a weekend away to watch football and spend time together. I will say it was a nice clean place. I also I contacted the host about wanting to check in 90 minutes early so we could watch our college football team which was on CBS but they couldn’t guarantee. I understood there was no way they might not be cleaned and ready for us. They stated they would reach out but we heard nothing. I told them I would prefer to add 5 or 10 to nightly rental and provide tv service. Highly disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is to arrive and discover something doesn't work the way you'd hoped, like the TV service you expected. We appreciate you pointing out that the listing details could be clearer about what's provided versus what requires a guest's own service. Your feedback about the early check-in request and the overall experience has been shared with our team and the property owner so they can review how to better support guests in the future. We genuinely regret that we couldn't deliver the experience you were counting on. The VueStay Team

Weekend doing nothing!

Halfway point to meet friends. Location was perfect. Not near anything. Hung out by the fire pit and swapped stories. House was absolutely perfect. Only issue was one tv didn’t work. Made one phone call and Tammy had a new one installed in less than two hours. Will book again.

Location Wonderful!

My only issue is that I booked with Vrbo but the property was managed by Vacasa. Vacasa had inaccurate information regarding the wifi network and password and the communication from Vacasa was very slow and incorrect. We love the porperty though and would love to book there again but would prefer not to work through Vacasa as we are Vrbo customers.

John, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're pleased you loved our home but sincerely apologize for the wrong WiFi password being provided. Our local manager assured us that the WiFi system had recently been updated and the correct information had not been shared with our team yet. We fully understand the importance of providing our guests with the right information and truly regret any inconvenience this caused. We're glad we could send a team member out to the home to troubleshoot the WIFI and appreciate that the homeowner came to the home as well to get this resolved. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

A Cozy Cabin

We did not have wifi for the whole week we were there we did contact vacasa about the situation and they did say they would send someone out to fix the but they never got back to us about when they would be sending someone out and so we had no wifi or tv for our whole week stay but other then that the house was amazing and clean and we had no other complaints other then the wifi not working but everything else was great.

Hi David, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the wifi during your stay. We want you to know that we took immediate action once the issue was reported and worked closely with the homeowner to troubleshoot. When needed, a technician was sent to the home to replace the router, and the internet was restored promptly. We maintained consistent communication with you and your family throughout the process. Since then, the wifi has been functioning properly. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for a much-improved experience.

Great Week

In a nutshell this was a fantastic home with awesome views, simply a quiet area with lots to do if you want to go find it. local establishments were great. My only complaint was the wi-fi did not work 90% of the trip, we did contact Vacasa, and the router box was re-set but still after that simply did not work. In and out all day, we used our sons hot spot to make it work. Does not take away from the week at all. Thanks for having us!!!!!

Great property near Petenwell Lake

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home! We took advantage of the outdoor area by cooking out on the grill and playing some horseshoes and the golfball game. The porch is lovely and huge! All amenities are included. We enjoyed playing games and watching movies in the large basement. The home was clean. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi the first night because of a storm that came through the area. Someone was out right away in the morning and they took care of it! Happy with the response and care that we received. Our family fishes and the location was perfect. Hopefully will stay here again!
